Really I think she just wanted to be done earlier in her day as I was her last appointment. The express facial only lasted 20 minutes. She touched my face with the extraction tool maybe 7-10 times and left my nose and chin full of gunk and black heads. Enough to the point that you can easily see the blackheads in normal lighting. The owner did call me back and was very kind, she offered another facial for free, I decided not to get another one and she was willing to refund my money. I think the owner's services would be better than the lady that I received the facial from.
