The owner truly goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and before I was even a member she offered me multiple VIP cards to come in and make sure I liked the facility before I actually signed up. The owner went out of her way to call me and check on me and ask me questions to get to know me better as well as see what I did or did not like, and asked if I had any questions. I work in healthcare and I really thought it was even more sweet that the owner was accommodating to my schedule and trying to help me out with being on a budget offering me ways that would work with my budget while still being able to take care of myself and do a little bit of self-care. There are a lot of these locations but I would drive out of my way to come to this one because of how welcoming and personable the owner as well as all the staff that she hires are. I stretch in places I never thought I needed to and workout areas that normally do not get moved around that much. All of this is done without "breaking" me. It is a warm and inviting environment as I am NOT in shape but I have been here 5 times and have felt improvement each time I come. They have a deal for new people which is crazy good so it is worth at least giving a try. They are in the same building as "Just Dancing." TLDR: Worth at least trying. A non-judgmental environment. One day last month, I randomly decided to just DO SOMETHING. Anything! And I found Just Pilates STL. I was intimidated signing up, because I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The inner (and outer, lol) chubby kid within me hates working out around others, but I thought I'd give it a go. Immediately upon walking in the studio for the first time, Natalie greeted me with a huge smile and loads of encouragement. She helped me realize it's okay to meet your body where it's at, and you don't have to be perfect right away...you just have to try. I have never felt so at home so quickly, where I'm welcomed and wanted. Each class since, I am greeted with that same enthusiasm, both from Natalie and the other classmates. We all share one goal: healthy movement. Nobody in the class is trying to outdo you, they're focused on themselves! If you're like me, and you do not like being perceived while working out, but you also hate going to the gym...this is for you. I have really liked the other locations this one was a little tight in my opinion with less space for the instructors to move around. This instructor put out weights which was a fun change of pace but I found mine were mismatched during the first exercise. It took several times of me waving at her for her to notice I needed help but she swapped them out quickly once she came over to talk to me. Otherwise it was a great heavy workout that day and I enjoyed it.

I was able to attend a class before the grand opening. Very clean, open environment, "upbeat"…read moreatmosphere. The 2 instructors (Sam and ShaTorey) were awesome-high energy with personalities to match. I am older with physical issues, and they gave me "alternative" movements for my abilities. I did Pilates for 5 years and this is even more intense. Currently it is "all levels in all classes" (meaning there is no beginner class by itself), but once they knew my limitations, they were able to work around or give me a complete different exercise more to my level. The class is fast moving and very upbeat, but they are able to accommodate any level of physical ability/disability. The atmosphere is very "down to earth" with friendliness and fun during the class.

I was hooked from the beginning. The environment at ZTB is positive and uplifting. The owner Lisa leads by example, and has developed an amazing culture of health, fun, and enthusiasm. One of my favorite aspects of ZTB is the variety of classes. The classes offer opportunities for beginners to those more advanced.
