Extremely rude. I just came into get an N95 fitted after my 12hr night shift and forgot my form at work. I walked in and asked if there was an email I might be able to send it to and the old lady at the front desk said to me that I shouldn't be asking for personal emails and that I would never give out a personal email to my patient so why should she give me hers? I was confused because I never asked for a personal email. Then she proceeds to point at the guest email for the company and says I can send it to that one instead... that's exactly what I asked for in the beginning. Then she leaves and has another person help me instead. It's hard enough staying up to get an N95 fitted and then to be greeted in such a rude manner makes my day much harder after a night shift. One hour and 56 minutes to do a drug test and strength test for work. This was a draining day! Staff was friendly, although the guy who ran my drug test, forgot to flush the toilet from the previous drug test, and there was some toilet paper with blood in the toilet. I hope they got s clean test, because I had to pee in that same bowl, with old water and NO, I'm not allowed to flush. That was kind of gross. read more

So this place is an easy 5 stars. The staff are super nice. I was in and out in about 2 hours. When they say be on time they mean it: this place gets busy. But they never seem to be lost, everyone knew what was needed to be done and they move you from one test to the next very quickly. They don't waste people's time here. They had a new guy that helped me today and even though he had to keep asking for help he had a smile on his face. Total professionalism here. This is Velichko clinic. The staff is very nice and is very clean inside the workers treating you very nice also. I had to take a drug test for my new job and employees treat me very nice providing you with all information I needed so all I would have to say that this is a nice clinic no one was being rude. The inside is very clean and the waiting area is also very clean and comfortable they do have a TV so you can watch it while you are waiting. read more

I was racially profiled while coming for my drug test. As soon as I got in the back the lady was already not being nice to me and just being evil as soon as I walk through the door. I said "morning " and she smirked liked "huh" ? If you don't like your job then leave and the lady I'm describing she has burgundy hair with some grey hair on the side of her side burns. The day I went she had a busted pony tail. She had me take my jacket off and take all the loose object out my pockets. I grab the pee container and I walked right into the restroom. Not even 10 min I came out and she said "I can not accept this pee" telling me that the smell was off, had a off color , and the bubbles was not showing but the whole time She was wearing a mask lol how the hell can you smell pee through the mask and to me that weird who look for the smell of pee you "creep" like what I never heard of that in my life and if your pee had a smell to them you might needs to get check out. Then she said I'm gone need to have someone watch me pee so I don't cheat like what????? Illegal. This facility sent out my full social security number to my son's mom who I am in court with. They started including CCF (the form that is filled out at the collection site) the day I was asked to provide my SSN for testing offsite. They then re-keyed all the information into their form on company letterhead. No one thought to omit my full social security number. It's not a matter of if I have trouble with my son's mom using my social, it's a matter of when. They accept no responsibility. They never even apologized for disclosing non-public private information. Unfortunately, they are paired with Family Court Services. Since their leadership change on the day of the test. This facility has become very unhinged. I urge you to use a different facility for drug testing instead of this one. The prior administrator Linda Heath was great. She attached only what was necessary, and omitted private information. The new administrator Sue Ramsden doesn't share the same care in her work. This business also charged me $300 on my American Express when I signed for (1) $100 charge. They signed the keypad "CMI" without my card present, and never told me they were billing me a second $100. I have proof of all of this and filed a claim with the BBB. Go check it out. They just had someone straight lie in the response to the BBB! This company should have their contract with Family Court Services pulled. Their sloppiness looks bad on the California Judicial system, and doesn't reflect what care and customer service the citizens of California deserve! read more

Here for drug screen for work. Just FYI for the staff, not all who come in for drug screens are druggies? Girl who saw me pull out my Tyelenol pills and ibuprofen pills out of my pocket for my RTC pain regimen to manage dysmenorrhea gives me attitude like I'm some junkie. I suppose a lesson for real patients is to come with crystal encrusted pill boxes, don't carry them lose in you. Anyway, also, dilute urine is not acceptable. I've never heard that before. But I suppose it's best to come when you're almost having acute kidney injury, translation -amber concentrated urine. Do not hydrate until after you've given them urine sample. As for me, giving them my 2nd specimen now, complete with period blood in it. Here's to hoping my kidneys do not take much of a hit from the RTC ibuprofen from skipping hydration for a few hours. read more

I went to this office to complete a pre employment screening, They did do a very thorough assessment in regards to physical health. They did not ask any questions about medications though, which I found concerning considering I take a prescription medication that is known to cause false positives in urine drug tests. Hopefully it doesn't end up being a problem. I also had to wait very long at this office despite having an appointment. When the doctor came in he was extremely nice, but he stood so close the entire time which was very uncomfortable. read more

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I've been getting my immunizations, physicals, and drug screening from them for the past 1.5 years. I came in here horrified of needles but they've walked me through my fear all along the way and now, It's not so bad. Their staff turnover is very low so I always get to see be same awesome faces every time I visit. This place does get very busy sometimes, but most of their services are actually done on a walk-in basis. Except for be physical, which is by appointment. The wait time for me has always been between 15-40 minutes depending on how busy they get and compared to past experiences, that's not and at all. So, plan ahead if you have somewhere to be! This took place at 6000 Fairway Dr #3, Rocklin, Ca. I have never been treated so bad by a medical professional in my life. The doctor stood in the hall and yelled at me for having my mask below my nose in a room by myself. When I mentioned this fact to him in a calm manner he came into the room and continued to yell at me about it being federal law since last Tuesday. Everybody in the office could hear him. I was so humiliated. I told him multiple times to stop but he continued all the way through the exam. I felt I was trapped and had no choice but to endure his abuses because this was a DOT physical and my boss was paying for it. I did tell him at one point that he could go and f*** himself. I was at my wits end. There was only so much I was going to take from this horrible angry little man. It was bazar behavior coming from a doctor. I will not take being abused by anyone. There is no call for it. This is a horrible office and he was a horrible doctor. read more

The staff had a lot of unnecessary attitude and none of them seemed to care about the situation I was in. I understand they're just doing their jobs but at-least try to be understanding. Don't take their advice they don't know what they are doing. Just go to the other location in Rocklin. I had to come here two different jobs because this is the company they used for this sort of thing. Both times the doctor was super nice, but the staff was (the two Ma's that helped me and the girl behind the desk) were cold and unfriendly. I felt like a bug under glass. I had an issue with drinking too much water from the first drug test and i had to wait an hour, when I asked questions about the process. They made me feel like I was putting them out of there way and causing trouble....they spoke in other language amongst each other and gave very obvious looks in my direction. When o had to go in again to do the same thing for another company, I made sure to schedule the appointments in the morning and not drink anything before. When the MA was setting me up for the test the same thing happened between the members of the staff. Again, I loved the doctor...really great guy. But I felt very uncomfortable with the other staff. I just wanted to tell those ladies, " hey if you don't mind can you wait until I'm out of the room before you start talking about me!" read more

My prospective employer just sent me to their Rocklin clinic for a pre-employment drug screen. While I was in the waiting area waiting to be called in, one female staff member held a VERY LOUD discussion with a male patient in Spanish. They could have spoken in a normal tone like everyone else, but didn't. When that same staff member called me in, I provided some medical information that she asked, She then said, "Now say it in Spanish". I gave her a hard look, and she then said, "Just kidding". No, she wasn't kidding - she wanted to give me some attitude, just like she did to everyone in the waiting room when she spoke loudly in Spanish to the other patient. After I got done, I called the company HR to report this BS. They were not happy, and will start sending employees to other clinics. read more

If I can give this location zero stars I would. My husband went in to get his drug test to work for a company and the receptionist was rude! He was the only one in the office at the time and she made him wait while she went in the back and started laughing with her friends about how she had made my husband sit there and wait. He must've been there about an hour before somebody would see him and that's only because he went back up to the front desk and asked when would they be able to see him. Our truck has some alignment issues so it's squeaks when you turn the steering wheel to the right. My husband left and went home. 30 minutes later he got a phone call from the potential job stating that the woman had complained about my husband! She had supposedly stated that he had peeled out of the parking lot in a fit of rage. Why would he be in a fit of rage? Instead of worrying about my husbands fit of rage the receptionist should worry more about all the neck tattoos that she had and her unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. read more

This place really did not help at all. First thing they did was tell my potential employer I missed 3 appointments. My company only made one appointment for me. I was very upset and felt like it was not there place to lie about me. I got questioned by my potential employer while I was in the lobby. I was so upset that I felt targeted by the staff when they said my urine sample was no good. I picked up my sample because I did not trust this place and was going to leave. I was then attacked by one of the staff who ripped the samples out of my hand. I left in disbelief. They called my potential employer and said some things to make me look even worse then the first lies about me missing 3 appointments. They made such a sink I was not hired. They have no ethics as health care providers. They treat a lot of people badly. I have been told I could have the video of my visit but they are liars and won't give me a copy. Shouldn't even get a one star! First let me say I have been to plenty of other labs and this one is a ZERO on professionalism compared to any others. The people were Rude the wait was inexcusable as no one else was there. The whole office glared at you and you felt like you were here to prove something to them instead of your employer. Common Courtesy is not there moto! By the way I have never failed these test but there attitude is your guilty so you are here! I will say one of the places that sent me is affiliated with them closely and they reported to them that I was uncooperative and had a attitude so I lost that opportunity! When they had such horrible attitudes toward me it was not wonder I was put off by even being in their office. I recently came in for a pre employment physical, back evaluation and drug screening. The office is clean and the staff was nice. They do instruct you to stop drinking fluids 2 hours prior to your apt but then want you produce half a container of urine. This would be fine if it was the usual size specimen cup but it wasn't. My first two attempts I produced between 50-60mL of urine and both times it was rejected because it was an "insufficient" amount. Both times the MA looked at it without attempting to fill the two tube like containers it was to go in. I had one more attempt and asked her "where this urine was to come from if I had to stop taking fluids two hours prior?" They did let me have a little water but made sure to tell me "Not to drink too much or my sample will be too dilute." I had to sit and wait for another hour or more and when I finally went, it was half of the container (around 100-120mL) like they wanted. When the MA poured the sample into the two containers, there was still half of my sample left over. Meaning my first sample would have been enough. read more

My name is Carla Chenier. I went to the Comprehensive Medical Center on 3600 Power Inn Rd in Sacramento, CA on Friday, 9/5/14, just to have them clip some of my hair for a drug test. Two people were ahead of me. After they were finished, there was a 20 minute period where no one else was waiting. After that 20 minutes, other people started coming into the clinic. These five people were all called before me. In the meantime, one of these patients made a comment of a bullying nature, specifically for my benefit, in the waiting room/lobby. Forty (40) minutes later, after they all left, I was then called. An employee walked by the exam room and loudly made a comment specifically for my benefit, which was also of a bullying nature. The explanation that the manager there gave me when I mentioned the one hour wait, is that which I do not believe is accurate. I believe that there was something else going on. This is the reason I tried to contact the corporate office. But apparently they do not have a corporate office. read more
