I'm 38, almost 39 and the past couple of years I started to notice a little bit of sagging and fullness in my neck and super loose skin on my upper eyelids. It's been difficult to apply makeup on my eyes the past couple of years. What I liked about facetite is it tightens the neck as well as my lower face and I definitely had fullness in my lower face. Procedure day was great! I took some Valium to help me relax. Dr. Liu carefully marked me and made sure I knew what he was going to do and that I was happy with the plan. Numbing me up was the worst part, but even so, it was completely tolerable, especially with the Valium on board. He was gentle and took his time and after just a couple minutes I was numb and then felt no pain the rest of the procedure. He had some good music playing, I was able to talk if I needed to and he made sure to check in with me throughout the treatment. When we were done his extremely kind and knowledgeable assistant put a compression wrap on me, and then I was on my way home. When I got home I started icing and kept my head elevated. I took two doses of pain meds but honestly I probably didn't even need it. The next morning I woke up with zero pain, unless I touched the treatment areas. But I'm on day three and haven't needed a pain med, except for that first day. I only have three tiny sutures for the facetite. One behind each ear and one of the chin. My neck is SNATCHED and my eyes are like they were 20 years ago. No more wrinkling when I put on eyeliner or creasing of my makeup as the day goes on and I'm so happy with this whole experience. I had no idea my neck could look this good!! Highly recommend FaceTite with Dr. Liu.

My nose was very straight before. It had great contouring before and now it looks like a poorly drawn cartoon character. I came back multiple times to express my unhappiness and he gaslighted me and told me I was wrong and that it was straight and finally that there was nothing he could do. Everyone in my life has told me it's extremely crooked. So I went to get a second opinion from another surgeon who agreed and completely validated all of my concerns.

My nose was chiseled down to a slope and the tip which was untouched. The surgery was incredibly transaction,. I was treated as if I was a timeslot, I got a cookie cutter nose job. When i return for the follow up days after the surgery, the outer bandage had come off in two corners, but the underneath bandage was intact fully, the doctor was unbelievably rude to me because of this I'm not sure if he was having a bad day. They asked you to fill out a review of the situation but they watch you fill it out literally while they're standing 2 feet from you watching you fill out every letter. I know it was before the bandage came off that I gave the assessment. Still unseen, the nose and high on pain medication 3 days of pain medication as this is done on purpose is that I would not recommend this doctor or clinic.

To be fair, the doctor was great during my consultation, and the financing coordinator was helpful. My issue was entirely with the front desk and the lack of communication. After my consult, I asked about adding arm liposuction. The financing coordinator said it could be added without another appointment, but the front desk told me I did need a second appointment. That kind of conflicting information was frustrating, especially since I have to take time off work. Then the front desk said they would call me back within three days, but it's been over a week, and I still haven't heard anything. I shouldn't have to chase an office for basic communication when I was told someone would reach out. What disappointed me most was the way the front desk made me feel. Their lack of communication, conflicting information, and failure to follow up made me feel unwelcome, unappreciated, and like my business didn't matter. I walked into my consultation fully intending to move forward. I had already paid for the consult, had financing approved, and was ready to schedule my surgery. Instead, I was left chasing answers and dealing with silence. For a practice with such a strong reputation, I expected much better communication, organization, and customer service. During the next 10 years after the procedure my septum slowly collapsed and I had to have an ENT repair it. The ENT said it is unfortunately common that they have to repair work from a plastic surgeon. They've fixed the back end, but the nose tip still bends left almost identical to the pictures below. I'm incredibly self conscious about it and hate most pictures taken of me head on because you can see it bend. I am getting a consult from another surgeon next month who I hope can fix the tip and give me my confidence back. Dr. Clark may do good body work but do not see him for your face!

I woke up during the operation (I could feel them working on me) and I heard them arguing about not having the right type of suture material. After the bandages were removed and the swelling went down I could see the bad results. The nose had to be redone. I complained about the bad results. He told me what the revision would cost. This amount was more then twice what he told me a revision would cost during the initial consult. I reminded him of his quote. His reply to tell me was that he could charge what ever he wanted. His attitude about my complaint and re-doing the work was best summed up by his words, "I don't owe you anything." His office will gladly work on you but once they get your money they have no concern for you. Bottom line, he gets your money and you get his bad work.

I was referred to Dr. Wayne I. Yamahata M.D. by a friend who had a breast augmentation last year. Well, last week I finally decided to have mine done and it was the most amazing experience. I was very VERY nerveous but all of the ladies in the office were very friendly. Which really does make it easier. I know you hear or read that alot but, it felt sincere in Dr. Yamahata's office. They cared for me as a person, and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my results. Dr. Yamahata made himself available for any questions or concerns I might have etc. It was just a wonderful experience! I just had my stitches removed today and I'm doing very well, I'm not gonna lie I was sick and very scared! I kept calling the dr's office and taking to the nurses to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong and each time they got on the phone with me explained to me that what I was feeling was normal. They answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. My next appt is in 3 weeks and I can't wait to see how my body will adjust and look like by then. I have had breast augmentation, facelift, and breast implants removed, along with capsulotomy and mastopexy all done by Dr. Yamahata and I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the results! He always made me feel so comfortable and thoroughly explained the process. I was referred by a friend who had breast augmentation. I knew immediately after meeting Dr. Yamahata that he was the dr. for me. He was so patient and took the time to explain all the different choices I had. He is such a kind man and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had breast augmentation 1 year ago and couldn't be happier. The were no issues with the surgery and I was back to work after just 3 days....I recommend waiting 5 days but I didn't have that much vacation time. Recovery went well and the results are amazing! I have been a patient of Dr. Longo's since 2019. I have had two breast augmentations, the first one…read morewith a mastopexy, and a quad blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Longo. A friend of mine had referred me to him when I was in search of a physician for my breast augmentation. She herself was a patient prior and shared her experience. With that and her own results I went to visit him for a consultation. At consult, he takes his time with his patients assuring he is going over all pieces to the procedure and recovery. Dr. Long aims to make you feel comfortable with every step of the process before even agreeing to the procedure. I initially went very modest in my size in my first augmentation, therefore, when I saw him two years later I talked about going larger. To note, Dr. Longo is realistic and does not do overdone sizing but will match the size to your body shape and size overall. After evaluation and discussing we nearly doubled my implant size for the second augmentation. My first implant was 300cc and my second I went to 590cc. I also was in the need of an bleph, bad genetics. He discussed the process and said it can be done at the same time as my implant exchange. My recovery for both processes went great but be realistic of the recovery. The Mastopexy with implants was the most painful of all. Lastly, the office staff are so personable. They are welcoming and make you feel as comfortable as you discuss the modifications you are looking to make to yourself. Ruth is amazing, I love her! She is my go-to for all my new questions in procedure cost and timelines. She will work with you the best she can in the pace you need. I can't express enough how happy I am with all of my results and will continue to go to Dr. Longo for my future cosmetic surgery needs.

That should be a no brainer but some Dr's aren't always punctual. My results are incredible. I'm beyond happy with how everything turned out. They look natural and exactly what I was hoping for. Technique seemed to account for most of the results quality. Dr. Yamahata patients showed VERY natural results. I immediately schelduled a consult and he spent an hour with me and my partner educating me on size, implant type, scarring, recovery and drop and fluff process. I decided to move forward that day and immediately talked to his staff, who were all so easy to talk to and were so professional. I was able to learn about financing on 0% cards and the discount for cash in full payments. I also learned about warranty for the implants and choices for anesthesia versus 'twilight' anesthesia. The surgery center was able to schedule my surgery less than 6 weeks after my consult. There was a pre surgery appointment that let me have some time to zero-in on the sizing that I wanted where I got to try on different implant sizes which allowed me to realize that going larger would still look appropriate. When surgery day came they treated me with great care and even saved my 'existing' 30 year old implants for me take home! LOL. They sent me home with a gift bag with fuzzy socks and a stuffed pumpkin, a new surgical bra and extra gauze. Afterwards all of the followup appointments were included and I felt VERY well cared for; Now I am at 4 months and the drop and fluff process has occurred and the results are gorgeous. The results far exceed what I expected. They are perfect. I look amazing! You will be so happy with Dr. Yamahata's skill so don't hesitate to move forward. Now I want more procedures because of it!
