There were so many parts of doing the taxes - that we couldn't keep up with all/any changes from year to year. Yvonne stays on top of that. Whatever is going on in regards to changes in how taxes are being done she knows what those changes are. she knows how to save us money. She always shows the difference in filing separately and jointly. I was concerned that filing jointly would change how much of a return I would get. I really appreciate the time she takes to explain things. If I don't quite understand it one way she can explain it in a different way so I understand. She's perfect for me as I am a nurse and have no business experience like my spouse does. I appreciate all the time she puts into making sure we are claiming what we can, that we have receipts for deductions (and especially when my receipts were not very easy to understand). Duane H. I had a former employer for over twelve years decide to not pay my taxes and kept it for his now shut down business. I told Yvonne that I never received my $7k tax return and has been aggressively trying to get my returns back. IRS said too much time had passed to do anything about it but her first letter was sent prior to the deadline and their first response acknowledging her return was received also before the deadline.
