I was so happy when I reached out because Teresa is in another state. She was so easy and comforting. She is a forensic accountant so she knows how to analyze accounts. She went in and fixed all of the mistakes of the previous bookkeeper. The last bookkeeper deleted files, deleted clients, transferred stuff to different software and made duplicate mistakes and left out many transactions. After Teresa showed me the digital footprint of what this lady had done I was very upset. The lady was caught and had to repay me the thousands of dollars she charged me.
