Any issue I have or problem or question, they are so quick to answer with the right answer and are so incredibly helpful. I have called in countless times with worries and nitpicky things and they leave me happy and at ease every time. I have yet to see any an obstacle that they cannot overcome. I did one on one therapy with Jamie and she was amazing. Her laid-back and super warm and friendly personality makes her so incredibly easy to talk to. If there's things that are troubling you that you don't want to talk about she does not even have to work hard to get you to bring them up because you do so on your own, thanks to how incredibly genuine and caring she is. Dr. Zawadzki (Dr. Z) is out of this world. Unbelievable. If you can't relate in someway and feel comfortable around Dr. Z you're probably not from this planet. He is both interesting as a person, incredibly knowledgeable, and a master of his craft. I was hesitant at first, because they don't except insurance and it was pretty expensive but now I realize it was worth every penny. I have very bad anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and have been struggling with medication and doctors for many years. on top of that, I am sensitive to most medication's. I was so nervous at my first appointment to make sure I explained everything correctly within the appointment time. I had all kinds of notes. I felt he understood me before half the session was over. between his meticulous notetaking and incredible knowledge of the medication's and side effects from real life patients he got me in the best place I have been in my entire life, on the least amount and lowest doses of medication's. Most important of all you can tell he works incredible amounts of overtime to make sure he responds to your messages or gets back to you personally when you're in need. If you're hesitant to go here because they don't take insurance, I highly urge you to give it a try anyways. You'll learn like I have that the places that do accept insurance only care about the insurance money not your health. they just try and cram as many patients in in the shortest amount of time to get the insurance pay out. This is the first healthcare I've ever paid for in my life that I felt I got every penny and more worth of treatment and care.

I get that a therapist is not there to be your friend or tell you what you want to hear, but there were too many times where she would talk over me, dismiss me, and it was insulting and degrading. I saw her because she a close relative of mine was a patient. That relative abused me for many years, and told me that me seeing Dr. Fishbein was non-negotiable. it was clear to me, from the very first appointment, that she spoke to me from the lens of that that relative, which ruined any credibility I had from the very start. Dr. Fishbein did not listen to me, but instead, lectured me. I do not think she is competent as a mental health professional if she could be used as a tool like that.

As for the facility itself, they did text message me very clear instructions and asked very detailed intake questions that were then followed up during the appointment. They were also aware of my insurance and that it was in network which I was thankful for. It was a long process but absolutely necessary and thorough, and they made difficult questions more comfortable.
