They said it would take from 7-14 business days to try to have it repaired and they had no idea how much it would cost (after the initial $59 fee). I had just paid for an expensive software rental for the month, are you kidding me???!!!! Luckily I found 24/7PcTech! Cesar called me within minutes, it was late Friday and all the other local repair places were closed until Monday. I took it over and he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1 hour! Dell told me not to take it anywhere locally. When Cesar opened up my computer he showed me the cheap parts they had used on my expensive laptop. He replaced the bad parts with high-quality ones. Now I'm just waiting on part 2, more parts to complete the repair. But it was good enough to use to get important work done over the weekend. Thanks Cesar!

Spoke to Nathan Hourani, who I believe is the manager and co-owner. He gave me an extremely honest take. Gave me his opinion and didn't try to over sell me on anything. This is a legit brick and mortar PC store.... Which you don't see anymore. RIP Fry's. The other employees were also very helpful. After they installed my new cooler and did some BIOS updates, they let me sit down right next to them and check it out. This seems like an awesome family run business. Kudos again to Nathan and the employees. Will recommend to all my friends and come back here for any PC needs.

They were super friendly and explained everything once they figured out the issue(update was corrupt and my hard drive was failing). They got everything fixed and I upgraded my hard drive to a bigger size while I was at it. I definitely recommend them and while I hope to not need to have my laptop repaired any time soon, this is definitely the place I would go!

I highly recommend On-Site Techs for any of your computer service needs…read more I needed to transfer data from my old laptop to a new laptop so that I could function at work without down time. I searched online for Tech Support in San Diego and then contacted several firms. Some were not responding to voice mail messages and, when we eventually spoke, had high rates and long lead times before a tech could be sent to my office. John Airy of On-Site Techs returned my call almost immediately, has reasonable rates and could see me the next day. Once John assessed the time for transfer of data from computer to computer, he recommended saving time by taking the two laptops to his location to complete the data transfer. He then was willing to return on a holiday to adjust the views on the new computer to my familiarity so that I could function for the next work day. John is extremely knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. He communicated well to explain how views could be adjusted and he made good suggestions without tying to upsell programs. He has an excellent professional manner. I intend to retain the services of On-Site Techs as my local source for any of my computer issues. John is simply outstanding for his business performances.

I went online and immediately contact them I spoke to a gentlemen ( English was perfect ) who asked to come to his office and he would take a look at my PC. I went down to the office. The exterior was different and great color design. Oh ! the inside was even better ! Very creative environment . I met Jose and his friendly crew. Jose worked confidently and efficiently while maintaining a friendly professional manner. He fixed my computer! works great!! I wish Sescom had a location in the Bay Area.
