I had the body length of the jacket cropped by about two inches, which also required adjusting the zipper. She has done several alterations for me and my family, and every single one has turned out beautifully. She really listens and understands what you want, which makes all the difference. As someone on the shorter side, she's also altered multiple pairs of pants for me, always getting the length just right. Based on their schedule and items I think they can work with you based on what they're showing and they seem to have a constant stream of work. When I came back I noticed one of the items was upside down, to no fault as they're not familiar with the emblem, and the seamstress was able to fix it on the spot! They were very helpful and apologetic, which was no issue really, and was nice on every occasion. Their shop is clean, and my daughter noticed that they had Cinderella stickers and the nice all over the floor boards which gave it a nice touch, and they offered my daughter candy! Lua altered both dresses and is sweet, personable, and talented. She finished both dresses well before their expected date. Carolina and Joseph, the owners are friendly and you can tell why their business has been around for awhile. I had my wedding dress consultation with Isis. My dress needed the straps to be shorter and my slit was sewed since it was rather high. I also added sleeves to my dress and she did an amazing job! She was quick ! We were surprised we walked up and she just chopped my pants without measuring but I still went into her little room to try them on and she cut pretty perfect.
