They were super friendly and explained everything once they figured out the issue(update was corrupt and my hard drive was failing). They got everything fixed and I upgraded my hard drive to a bigger size while I was at it. I definitely recommend them and while I hope to not need to have my laptop repaired any time soon, this is definitely the place I would go!

Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Luckily, they could help me, and the rush fee was $100. I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. Though I found the prices to be extremely competitive and the inventory to be very well stocked with lots of options, what made me go back two days later create my entire CPU from their location was the customer service. Each individual I dealt with was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. They all seemed to go above and beyond whenever possible.
