So I called around and was given the estimate of 200+ dollars and I was told that I would lose all my data on my laptop, rightfully so, I was devastated. I came across CompucareATL and couldn't have been more blessed. After an hour drive from downtown, I arrived to CompuCareATL after closing hours. I was unaware they were closed until I called the office to ask for parking information. Allen answered the phone and let me know they had just left for the evening, I told him my situation and he expressed great concern, I asked him for other options, and by the end of the conversation he came up with the solution to call his technician and have her meet me at a near by location. ( This wonderful customer service alone made me feel great about my decision.) I dropped off my computer with Grenada ( I apologize if I spelt your name wrong), and left it over night. The following day they called to tell me not only it was ready for pick up, but also they recovered all of my data! They replaced my hard drive with a brand new one ( 500 GB), recovered my personal documents, installed windows 10 with antivirus ware and even cleaned it lol, all for $84 ( This was including a coupon I found, but still INCREDIBLY good price). Their work alone is worth 6 stars but what put it over the top was the wonderful customer service given by Allen and his technician, they were delightful and extremely understanding throughout the entire process. It goes without saying that if I ever experience another problem, I will return without a hesitation, even if it takes me an hour plus to get there. Thank you guys immensely. read more

In a span of three weeks during Aug 2018 Allen and Renauda saved my life twice when a new custom built Win 10 desktop ( built by someone else) continued to malfunction. First they proved that the power supply was not the culprit but a tiny small print error in the Boot Bios that I would have never figured out. Then they skillfully recovered and restored a hard drive that I figured was trash by correcting some boot sector errors and reloading the operating system critical boot files. Dont let the pretty lady looks fool you... I can assure you Renauda has a dedicated techno nerd crawling around inside her body. She seems to be especially trained in the art and technique of maximizing the Google One Drive cloud backup and data security functionality. Dont make the mistake of calling any large outfit GEEK SQUAD for your difficult to analyze desktop/laptop anomalies... Call Allen or Renauda at Compucare for better work at lower prices. PS.... Picked up two monitors from them on their independence day sale for $60 total! They were in great condition as advertised, and the staff, office, and transaction are all very professional. I didn't have the appropriate cables so they hooked me up with some for free! Genuinely awesome business; I wouldn't be concerned about doing any business with them. read more
