Was having issues getting my PC to boot - reached out to these guys and they told me I could come right by and drop it off. I must have spent 8-12 hours troubleshooting, swapping the motherboard out, swapping RAM, etc with no luck. A day after drop off they called me and had everything up and running perfect for a more then fair price. Wish I would have just called them from the start. The staff is patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I had a laptop battery that caused my computer to shut down and they immediately knew what to do, removed the battery and showed me how to install a new one on my own. Friendly knowledgeable affordable. I have three times taken my laptop to this store. Twice they descoverd the defect in the initial inspection of what was wrong fixed the problem and sent me on my way for a very minimal fee one at no charge. The last time the laptop was frozen, it was fixed in a day for 85.00 and is running like new. They do good work at fair price and they are honest you can not ask for more. read more
