I was blown away by the service, precision, expediency, assistance, AND price of working with Baraboo RadioShack on this project; I walked in on a Saturday, talked with Austin about the specific games I was looking to be able to play on high quality settings, gave him my price range, and 3 weeks later already have a perfectly constructed, spot-on gaming PC that meets all of my needs. On top of that, I'd hit a couple of snags due to my inexperience, and reached out on Facebook for some troubleshooting tips; within an hour all questions were answered -- and this was past closing time!! It is so rare nowadays to receive such above and beyond service. I cannot recommend Baraboo RadioShack enough, and if anyone in the area is looking to build a custom PC, head on in and ask for their consultation. It's one of the best deals you could ask for. The couple left at 9am to go on vacation. Dave literally left my motorcycle on the side of the road with the key in the ignition after he woke me up at 5am to get it all ready to be picked up. I am 2000 miles away from my motorcycle and its sitting on the side of the road with the key in the ignition. This guy would steal candy from a baby. This guy would take a ring of your old grandmothers finger. This guy is not a good human. Use literally any other company. Some inexpensive blades and some high quality knives such as Spyderco knives. The bad thing about this store is that none of the blades have visible price stickers on them, so you have to wait to for the employee to check the prices on the knives that you are interested in. This is a problem when one employee is working the store all by himself and he is busy dealing with several customers. I waited for 15 mins before he could help me out, but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. My suggestion to store owner is to affix visible price stickers on the items. I've seen some negative reviews in the past; but I had a good experience at least, as I was the only person in the store who was looking to purchase something at the time. We checked it when we got back to our condo only to discover that one was put back on her bank card but still had a charge their and on her credit card. She called the owner and she said that her batch came out right. We ended up going to the shop to clear this up. She was not willing to listen or even to look at the proof we had on the phone. She was rude, we took our business to Mill House and we spent 300.00 or more there. Someone was working with a customer figuring out measurements on a quilt at the cutting table. Fifteen minutes later I was ready to check out. I waited five minutes, ignored, then asked if someone could cut fabric for me somewhere. The owner( ?) said no there is only one cutting table. This is where they were still figuring out a pattern. I waited ten more minutes, ignored, and then left . This is awful customer service. I understand helping someone with a quilt, but there were so many ways this could have been better. I'm in a group that goes there once a year. I'm out.
