I took a ~10 year old Dell 3020 (Windows 7 OS) to CPU Unlimited"s chief problem solver, Tiffany. The computer was not booting up when switched on. She was to either decide that it was repairable and could be repaired or was ready for disposal. She quickly looked over my computer, making sure that the memory cards were secured and other connections were making good electrical contact and functioning. Plus, she checked the rest of the mother board inter-connections to the other components too. She made it boot and it is working properly several weeks later. All in all, I was very satisfied! They're considerate, VERY friendly, and they make the solutions easy to understand (all of that tech lingo tends to throw me usually)! The only downside would be I wish they had more employees and more stores! I can't get enough; we need more openly-helpful establishments like this one!
