I took the estimate back to them assuming the owner would want to make it right, instead he swore at me (tell me my father was a "rude son of a bitch) and threw the estimate back at me state, "i'll see you in court". Nice way to run a business. After telling my story to several friends and co-workers, I learned of at least 8 other people who had similar run ins with this same business. A chronometer will lose or gain time, that's normal, but mine had started losing an exorbitant amount of time. It's now keeping the most accurate time since I purchased it.
