Would not recommend this company, they ruined our carpet. We wanted our 4 year old carpet cleaned…read morebefore the delivery of a new sofa. It was cleaned by Peter. After three days of the carpet not drying, we called him and was advised to put bicarbonate of soda down to try and dry it out. We tried this but the it didn't work and by this time the carpet smelt completely damp and was smelling out our whole house, our new sofa even smelt so we had to remove it from the room and shut the door. It was unfortunate that the owner said that he had little sense of smell! The smell made our whole family and visitors heave. Peter then came back to the property and sprayed deodoriser all over the ruined carpet as a solution. He also mentioned in the same breath about claiming on insurance. We have had little success in this company returning our calls or messages and they wouldn't even return the £50 fee to 'professionally' clean the carpet. We are now very much out of pocket as we had to buy a new carpet. Very poor service for a local company. Since talking to local friends in the Hawkinge area, they have had similar experiences with this cleaning service.
