So as usual two-three moths after the last toner was placed it was again over and I needed a new one. I went to some other stores but they told me they are out of this type of toner because it's too old and only few people are still using it. I found this Print Shop and I'm lucky because they not only solved my problem but did it fast. And I forgot completely my thoughts about buying new printer (hehe)

I contacted them after a few working days and they thought that they had already communicated all that to me. (Obviously not). I have gotten the instructions (finally) and have sent my laptop, and they have received it. It was said that I would be contacted when the repair would be done. Guess what? I was not contacted at all. Instead after a week, I received someone's iPad, which was rather confusing. On the same day, I received my laptop. They have fixed the battery but my laptop could not close fully There was a small crack where the Mac logo is so the repair engineer covered it with a small piece of plastic to avoid moisture or dust getting into the system. This is lovely, but I did not need that, and now I need to remove some pieces of plastic. As a result, now I need to send the iPad bask and waste my time, removing the plastic which is glued, and I did not ask for it. To give an analogy it is like getting your car brakes fixed. But nobody talks to you. You just need to open your chakras to feel what to do next., when the brakes will be done? When your brakes are fixed they will give you your car but without the front door closing properly, because there was a crack. Ah, yes, there will be a pushbike in the back seat. They will ask you to send it back to them, and obviously apologise for the inconvenience.

Would not recommend this company, they ruined our carpet. We wanted our 4 year old carpet cleaned…read morebefore the delivery of a new sofa. It was cleaned by Peter. After three days of the carpet not drying, we called him and was advised to put bicarbonate of soda down to try and dry it out. We tried this but the it didn't work and by this time the carpet smelt completely damp and was smelling out our whole house, our new sofa even smelt so we had to remove it from the room and shut the door. It was unfortunate that the owner said that he had little sense of smell! The smell made our whole family and visitors heave. Peter then came back to the property and sprayed deodoriser all over the ruined carpet as a solution. He also mentioned in the same breath about claiming on insurance. We have had little success in this company returning our calls or messages and they wouldn't even return the £50 fee to 'professionally' clean the carpet. We are now very much out of pocket as we had to buy a new carpet. Very poor service for a local company. Since talking to local friends in the Hawkinge area, they have had similar experiences with this cleaning service.
