Can I add an extra five stars? I rarely ever have computer problems. Especially with a Mac, but when I do I always go to computer dimensions and they help me straight away. I've never had any issues with the computer dimensions they are always best fair and knowledgeable but what's going on with my Mac and anything that may be happening in the future. Can I add an extra 2 stars?!! My MacBook was DEAD - the battery was a total loss. I called around and everyone else said it would be two weeks and they had to ship it off.... I went to Computer Dimensions - I was in the store maybe 15 minutes and they had checked everything to make sure it was the battery, had it replaced, gave me a print out on steps to optimize my new battery and I was on my way. Their warranty is even better than Apple's. They all are very professional - you don't get that worried feeling like they are in the back scanning through your personal files and pictures. I am incredibly disappointed with a recent experience and $2000 purchase with Computer Dimensions. At the salesperson's recommendation, I purchased a 2020 MacBook Air with accessories. This machine is not to my liking - too small, too loud, etc. and when I called to request an exchange (no money to be returned to me) for an upgrade to a larger machine (not refund of money), I was first told by my salesperson that they could not take back a used machine and I could try to sell it on eBay! (I had assumed they honored the same return policy as Apple and was never told that I could not return it.) I then asked to speak to the manager, Jennifer Benton, in hopes of some solution so I would not be stuck with this machine. She was incredibly rude, defensive and argumentative. I have never had such an experience!! Me the customer was asked to defend that I just made the wrong choice..when the salesperson recommended it! And, when I had just paid the store $2000. Note to customers: DO NOT BUY NEW APPLE PRODUCTS from Computer Dimensions if you think you may need to exchange them. They are great for service but buy directly from Apple so you will have that high level of customer service and friendly, helpful and flexible staff. I am terribly disaponted that of all times, this local business chooses to treat their customers this way. read more

These guys are simply amazing! My newest MacBook Pro was stolen and with the help of Cory I was able to track and locate my stolen laptop! 0 stars! LIARS! Their representatives will tell you whatever they need to to make a sale. Read their return policy and fine print carefully, buyer beware. You cant trust what they say. I was told I could return an open item within 10 days for a 10% restocking fee and an unopened item for a 5% restocking fee which is not remotely true according to their fine print. After arguing with them to take the item back at all, I was charged a 20% restocking fee. BUY DIRECTLY FROM APPLE, they have a 14 day, no questions asked return policy, no crappy restocking fees!
