Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I was able to use my phone again & charge it up just in case I lost power during the ice storm. I'm so grateful to Freddie for walking me through the process effortlessly. I'll be returning (hopefully no time soon) if I need help in the future. He saved me from having to purchase another phone, which I wasn't ready to do yet. Both the washer and dryer were 25 years old but worked well--until yesterday. I tried fixing the dryer without success. I Yelped and discovered Matthews Appliance. Winning. Sent a text and within 2 hours Monny arrived with tools and parts in hand. After an hour not only was the dryer functioning, the washer was also repaired even though I didn't know the top part of the agitator didn't work. These older machines run circles around the newer expensive models that break down often after just a few years. For now I'll keep these golden oldies! Looking for someone to steer you right?
