All I wanted was to start a US Cellular national retailer account with my original number from a…read morebusiness account. Apparently, this simple request is not possible. I was told to drive back and forth between US cellular and Sam's club in GI four times to make this happen, meanwhile this was apparently false hope, which wasted 8+ hours of my life by US cellular employees. US Cellular's rules and stipulations are so convoluted, it is absolutely draining and they always find a way to make you pay more. I would not recommend doing business at this store or at US cellular in general.

It is not over priced in the grand scheme of things but insanely overpriced for the product that you receive. I brought up frustrations multiple times with customer service agents and was never offered any solutions until I called to cancel. I would never recommend.

Welcome to my nightmare. Charter!!! We ordered a bundling package from charter. TV, internet, land…read moreline. They came on Monday to install. The tech said to my wife the router wasn't adequate. I know that was B.S. They could have still installed the motem and phone switch but they did not. We spent up to ten hours total making calls being told that a tech would be out and no one showed. We called for the umpteenth time and were informed I could pick up the motem myself and install which I did. (Bet I get charged the set up fee anyway). When I made the bundling order, I asked specifically whether my stations that I currently had with them would change. I was told all would stay the same. No changes. Guess what, they discontinued some of our favorite stations.We've been on phone and getting passed around like you wouldn't believe. No satisfaction. I'm ready to quit them and we haven't even got started yet. The contacts give conflicting information and apologize. The agents aren't the problem. They only know what corporate tells them to know. The misinformation/lying by corporate. Before you agree to anything on the phone. Make them give you the agreement in writing before you commit.
