Not helpful and changed a ton. First told they could recover info on phone. Made to buy expensive memory chip and come back several times and never did get my photos. Never going back. read more

I was told I had to schedule an appointment for an iPad fix. The person that works on iPads was not in that day. I had to call a number, leave a message but no call back. I left a second message. Finally a return call and an appointment 3 days later. I showed up early for the appointment and I was told "sorry he's not in today". No, I'm sorry no call to reschedule. Nothing. I've tried to use their services before but didn't care for it then and it's no different now. So much for using local merchants. read more

My computer was very slow, would not access the Internet very well and had trouble communicating with my printer. I called Computer HQ and they first attempted to perform the repair at my office. The computer failed again, however, and they returned two more times. Finally, they advised that the computer needed to be brought to the shop. Their receptionist, Averie, traveled to my office and picked up the computer. Computer HQ first tried to repair the hard drive, which would have been the least expensive fix, but sadly, that didn't work either, so they replaced the hard drive. During this whole process, the staff kept me well informed and were very conscientious. I was appreciative that they were mindful of performing the repair at the most modest cost, if possible. Averie is an added bonus at Computer HQ - delightful to work with and so helpful in keeping everyone on track. My computer is now humming along at record speed, and I didn't lose any files, emails or any other information, all thanks to the diligent crew at Computer HQ! read more
