The building itself is small and centrally located on Bush River Road. It has a clean, quiet waiting room and friendly staff. I filled out my paperwork and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. I was nervous about getting a biopsy done, since it had been many years since I'd had the procedure. However, the medical staff was extremely helpful, explaining every step and answering all my questions. They provided extra literature and taught me about self-examination and prevention in the future. Even when I called back the next week, concerned about possible infection, I immediatly spoke to a real person (when does THAT ever happen in the medical field anymore?). Ms. Sherrie not only alleviated my fears and offered some great advice (reminding me of a vinegar soak I was told about during my visit) but also asked that I follow up the next day. The staff at O'Keefe Dermatology is top notch; both knowledgeable and compassionate. Their commitment to patient's health and wellness is admirable in a time when the modern healthcare system has become so impersonal. I highly recommend this practice!

The…read morephone agent I spoke to for the GA/SC region was most helpful in scheduling my appointment, answering a couple preliminary questions, and providing clear direction on what was needed ahead of my appointment. Upon arriving to the the PH office in West Columbia, I was greeted immediately and quickly taken back. My travel nurse, Lynn Stogner, walked me through my trip details and what vaccines were recommended. She explained the variations of vaccines for certain illnesses and the possible side effects I could experience. Additionally, she reviewed some dos/don'ts of eating, drinking, swimming, etc., as well as provided consulate and embassy information for the countries to which I am traveling. Everything she went over was packaged nicely to keep with me as I travel. My experience could not have been better.

He changed one of my medications in January thereby taking me off of 2 others. I called back a week or so later and left a message about going back to my original meds. It's February 9, 2026 and I still haven't heard from him. My anxiety and depression have gotten bad. I called 2 more times and left messages with an intern that said he'd get the message right to him and call me back. I only wanted my meds changed back Still nothing. I'm too upset and embarrassed to call and leave another futile message. I'm having a hard time. He's my/ a medication manger but always out of reach. I'm glad that I have a professional and compassionate counselor. Unfortunately she can't prescribe medication. I've gotten my primary involved and they are finding me another. It's going to take 5-6 weeks for that.
