Doctor Belt is a very good physician with no…read moremalpractice or blemishes on his record, he knows very well what hes doing with the medication in order to make the patient as comfortable as possible. Our chart about the medication is as follows, 4 ativan, 3 Oxycodone, which is completely normal. I also spoke to someone who came in for a follow up who knows you said they spoke to you about your unhappiness, as they are a previous patient, and said they never saw you wearing your wrap, they brought this conversation up, not me. Which leads me to believe when we remove 1800CC of fat from someone, its nearly impossible not to see a change, so i am assuming there is a lot of inflammation, and swelling, which can take months to settle without proper care. Also, it clearly states, myself , and Mark make clear. It can take up to 3 months before results are seen. Out process is an 8 month process, you lose weight for that long with our procedure. If in 8 months there no difference, sure i will look into that with proven at home care , which is 50% of the results (diet, rest, wrapping, exercise as any lipo institution will inform you. Unfortunately now though with the threat of legal action against me, and my company. I will no longer be allowed to communicate through you, my staff, or physicians. Threatening legal action is a serious matter and we will await your attorneys letter, We have very accurate medical charts that show what we did and what happened. Also we do not allow friends or family in the room, at your request they can "visit" during the process, but for a sterile environment,safety, and privacy we do not allow "spectators". Also the chart is noted, myself and the assistant recorded that you got off the table,dressed, and walked out very easily from the room with very mild effects from the medication. So to assume we drugged you to "unconsciousness" would be false. Our malpractice insurance is with Mag mutual. for your attorney. Just like I have the recorded Dr visit with Dr Belt stating the procedure didn't take I have the same recorded conversation when I called the following day asking for the rest of my pain meds and being told they were all used but he could write me another prescription..... I have reached our to several of potential customers and shared my results and I will continue to do so and I will do what I need to get my money back. During both of your follow ups with us, neither visit you had your wrap on, i record that after every followup appointment if the patient was seen with it on. We send every patient home with the pain medication they are prescribed, we dispose of the ativan for safety reasons. I love education, possible causes and solutions. Not sure I understand the cause, but she addressed the solutions to try for a few mths. Each patient is different, but we must always make sure we not only give solutions but make sure the patients understand what could be possibly going on. I will try her solutions suggested for a few mths, they seem reasonable. Im real big on professionalism and time, she was 38min late for my appt, that's not acceptable. My time is important and she never addressed her tardiness at all. My money and time are important to me. If I was 35min late to an appt or a no show, they would have charged me a huge fee. They make you fill out a form to make sure I understand the policy. I can give a grace period of 10-15min, but not 38min. Don't expect a patient to adhere to policy if your employees are not doing the same. Someone should have addressed this issue before I left. The first impressions are important, this was the first time seeing this provider. Hopefully this will not happen in the future. They also charge a fee of 3% to pay a copay with CC.
