The case cracked at the power button so I couldn't turn it off or on, and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. Santa Approved!! Computer Medics of Lanier are friendly, helpful, honest as well as, a great value. My computer would not turn on. Thinking the power supply was out I dropped it off at Computer Medics for a diagnosis and repair. Before I had returned home I was called by my technician, Daniel, saying he had it up and running and was running additional diagnostics. I turned around and returned to pick up my working computer. I brought my desktop computer to Computer Medics of Lanier to replace a very noisy power supply. It took them less than 1 business day to order the part, do the installation and call me to pick it up. When I came in, they gave the opportunity to test my PC to make sure it was as I expected, which it was. The price was amazing considering the Amazon price of the part. Terrible, they don't even deserve one star. Terrible service, they lied about being able to fix a piece of equipment and then did a completely shoddy job. They may have good rates ( I wonder why), but I would pay extra and go elsewhere. The owner doesn't know much about technology, he magically "doesn't know" the answer to why something doesn't work and has to "take it to the shop", then won't see your equipment for days. read more
