I got it back after a day or so, but immediately when I got home to plug in, I noticed the ethernet port was now completely unusable and it's pushed into the body of the PlayStation more now than it was before they had it. When I plug it in now, it doesn't recognize that the port is plugged in. Took it back and showed the dude who "fixed" it my issues, and I was told "We cannot verify the condition of the item because we can't verify the condition it was in prior to entering the store". What kind of scam company is this? I pay you $200 just for you to not even bother to perform before/after QA checks to make sure the device functions as it was received? After having it for about a week, I also noticed the power supply they used must have been from a poor 3rd party company, because now whenever I play PS5 games for about an hour that require the full resources of the machine, my power supply will just overheat and the entire system shuts down with no warning.
