I agreed to work for Kimberly for 1 week. During which she said she would work it out so I could buy the business. She never w2 me or payed me. She never filed any paperwork for me to take the business. she says. I owe her money for not selling products and services at a 3x markup. she never told me to mark up items at this rate. I used the $75.00 an hour rate posted online and the business wall. I did nothing but quality service for the customers that came in. she left me there alone to do all the work. Then claimed I was stealing and refused to pay me. She then told me to work off the money I owed her. This man pretending to be a women is a con artist of the worst kind. She has installed exploitable open source software into almost every computer she has ever worked on without the owners permission if you are a previous customer of Kimberly and have software called open shell installed remove it. DO NOT GO THERE! This is the worst BUSINESS I have ever experienced. I should have realized when she didn't want to even let me explain the problem. She (Kim) absolutely can't/won't communicate with you to find out the issue. Then she tells you to leave because you're "using up her time." When she called to tell me it's not fixable--that it's corrupted?--I was on my way and came over to the shop. When I asked her what was done, she looked at me, mimicked me, stuck out her tongue and laughed. I closed up the laptop (even though I didn't know how she left it) and picked it up to leave. She asked me where I was going. Then she told me she gets paid $75 an hour. I said she hadn't fixed anything. When I tried to leave she yanked me by my pursestraps, then yanked the computer, grabbed it, and locked the door. She was holding my PC captive! DO NOT USE THESE HACKS!!! I called today to ask if they had XP software available. I got a rude answer " I can't help you!" -CLICK- He friggin hung up on me! I called back and asked if hanging up on clients was normal practice... the answer I got was" It's the owners prerogative! -CLICK- hung up on again! WTF!!!??? Great place! I guess since they have a good location, they can afford to treat callers like dirt! I would be curious to see how they treat walk-in clients... Horrible customer service! I took my computer to get the screen repaired. This part they did fine. They had offered to do maintenance for an additional cost, so I agreed. They added programs I didn't ask for & were extremely rude. Never have I been spoken to so rudely by a Business owner. When I tried to ask questions, she told me I needed to be quiet until she was done. Then when I couldn't remember everything, ( I'm not a techy) she was annoyed. I was then informed that it was a curtesy the she was even taking her time to tell me any of this & that it would be $1/minute if I had questions later. This was not a cheap service & because of her need to be the only one talking, it took almost 30 min to check out & despite me telling her I had somewhere to be,she insisted on talking. I ended up missing an event I planned for weeks on being at. My computer is no faster than it was, I gave folders added pointlessly, & really don't understand what they did. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer. Ryan attempted to repair my computer numerous times over a two week period. Althought some things were corrected, other issues were not. When I called and spoke to Ryan following these attempts at fixing my computer, he became very angry and insulting. This business would do well to keep Ryan in the back away from people as his skills are seriously lacking in this arena as well. read more
