I made the mistake of using them to repair my Macbook. They told me how much it would cost to fix…read moreit but when I went to pick it up the price increased 50% with no reasonable excuse. After a second issue I decided not to have it fixed but they wouldn't give it back to me until I paid them to put it back together. I told them I didn't need it put back together since it didn't work but they still refused and then days later sold my computer for parts without telling me. I contacted the BBB where I discovered their poor rating. I recommend going to an Apple store if you are willing to make a trip. This place is a joke. Do your research and check online. Their ratings are terrible.

He also explained to upgrade that I would probably need a new mother board along with the faster processor. This would be in the neighborhood of $200 parts plus labor charges. He recommended me keeping my money and sticking with Windows 10 as it will be around for a long time. Then when my computer is old then buy a new computer with the latest operating system already installed.
