Nobody at the tech counter, nobody at the register. I walked around the entire store twice before I saw a man come out of the big double doors next to the audio stuff. He took one look at me, looked scared and went back into the back. Is Best Buy afraid to take my money? Am I only allowed to make appointments online now? I really am confused with this one.

Came back the following week and so many employees but few helping customers. There is no process for picking up your item other than wait in line while they educate people on their new purchase. Ridiculous amount of time spent on what should have been simple. Store is fine to purchase, will not use service again.

Used several times and always pleased…read more Recently had a to get my sons screen replaced. Took the phone in, they went to replace the screen and found a different issue with backlighting. They informed me that it would probably not last and that it would be cheaper in the long run to replace the phone then to spend the money on the screen and then the backlight go out and have to fix it or to even fix the backlight and screen at the same time. Saved us time and money and didn't even charge us for the work they had done to try to fix it. I would highly recommend them over any other repair place in the area. I had a issue with a screen they installed once and when I went back in they just put another screen on and apologized for the issue. I've experienced other shops and don't see another reason to go anywhere else unless I'm out of town and need emergency repairs. So thank you all for doing such good work.
