E- Bikes were excellent and made our first mountain biking experience truly epic--they ran so smooth, held battery life all day, and the tires were great going over the various terrain on the mountain--never did we feel unstable. Easy to ride, and were so beneficial for those uphill sections!! Trevor set us up with 2 e-bikes to take mountain biking in the Northwoods trail system. He made sure all parts were working well and in good shape before giving them to us. Helmets were included with the rental price. He gave clear instructions on how to use them (our first time using e-bikes). He even watched us practice in the bike park across the street and gave tips/recommendations for the trails. (The location of the bike shop right across the street from the park is excellent). We made it to Hot Springs after store hours and Trevor still came back to his shop to set us up. Never got a call back on it and the man I dropped it off to left the company and no one knows where my bow is or any paperwork on it and told me I'm just SOL on my bow. Got in touch which the guy I dropped it off too and immediately stopped answering questions about it when I told him my name. They refuse to make it right and manager got a horrible attitude towards me when I talked to him about it basically telling me it's my own fault because I have been busy and didn't keep calling about it to check on it. Even after having several witnesses say they saw me drop it off to them they refuse to reimburse me for my bow or make it right in any way. I would NEVER leave a bow or firearm at this place to get work done if I was you. Never seen such horrible business practices or customer care in my life!
