The technician was timely, worked quickly which everyone knows the panic mode your in when your computer crashes. They even did more than I asked for free by reinstalling my printer and networking it at no extra cost. Very professional and overall a great experience. I had 2 computers crash from a malicious virus. Great Computer Repair Service!! I contacted cpu to come to my house and look at my laptop computer. The tech checked out the problem, took my hard drive back to the office and completed the repair that same day. the tech completed the repair late in the evening and although it was passed closing time, he still came out to my home and made sure it was running before he left my home.
