Horrible and lack integrity. Had a older MacBook that was not powering on and wanted to upgrade the hard drive to a 1 TB. Of course I l was told the MacBook required a new motherboard. Paid for the new motherboard, a new plug and a new hard drive. Upon returning laptop. Still had same power issue. Come to find out, there was no battery in the laptop. They made no mention of laptop not having a battery and provided unnecessary charges. Horrible read more

The owners walked me through the entire process of understanding how to use the touch screen process. The personal touch was super appreciated. I went here to get my hp laptop fixed because the fan sounded like a jet taking off Every time i used it. I explained the situation and it was given back after a few days, being told "i was unable to replicate the noise" which makes no sense because its really obvious the moment you turn it on. I even sent them videos of the noise and everything but i got no messages back. I usually don't write bad reviews but i was really disappointed especially because it was the laptop i used for school. Was not worth the money and had me feeling like I wasn't even being listened to. read more

I had two pc's serviced with them several years back and the experience was great and their prices were so affordable. I love the monthly tech tips they email, very helpful and super informative. I plan on driving back out to them (35 min drive) for more service for another device soon because their expertise is worth it! I came to them with a repair job for my power jack(no diagnostic needed). After 6 days of convincing Kevin to do the repair, which i provided the parts for and was told they wouldn't use them, I got my laptop back repair done and working as well as it was before the damage. However I was disappointed to learn that they used my provided part and charged me full price for the part and the diagnostic (that wasn't needed or asked for). read more

I came to IT to have the viruses removed from my laptop. After the repairs, it seemed to be running great til about 5 days later... The pop ups came back and I only use my laptop for netflix. I returned my laptop and was told any Internet use can cause the viruses to return. This I know, and I'm pretty sure netflix is a trusted website. I paid for it to be repaired again. Another few days later... Pop ups are back. Only using netflix, I'm convinced that they never fully removed all of the viruses that they claimed they did.
