Is very knowledgeable and courteous and was able to get the furniture delivered in three day. This store has a great selection of great quality furniture. We came to El Paso without any furniture and he had us fully furnished in three days. It is a great store and was far better than many of the furniture stores we visited. The delivery team was very professional and got our furniture unloaded quickly with out any problems. I also liked that they called ahead and arrived when they promised they would. I stumbled upon Cort while looking around online and noticed that they had a military deal and it seemed doable, so I ended up contacting them. This was probably the best decision I could have made. I worked with Monica Soto and she is one of the most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She accomodated me as much as possible while trying to hammer out details while I was still overseas. She was patient every step of the way and made it easy to get everything squared away. On the day of delivery, I dealt with a man named Romo I think. He showed up and offered me respect and courtesy as we went over the paperwork and brought in all the furniture with his partner in a timely manner. He brought out a variety of lamp shades to make sure I was completely satisfied and was a great person to talk to overall. Great person. The day after delivery, I decided I had no need for the dining set and asked Monica if I could trade it for a TV. She said she'd do one better and offered me a TV stand too! It's been several months with the furniture and I've been happy with it all the way through. I'm leaving El Paso soon, so I'll be returning the furniture but I have to say that Cort did right by me from beginning to end and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a more flexible solution to furniture and even moreso to my brothers and sister in the Army, especially if you have deployments, a PCS, or an ETS coming up. I had no issues with my laptop screen thankfully, it was in perfect condition. However, they had told me I would need to replace the entire screen which he mentioned would come out to a total of $340. That alone was incredibly disappointing since I wasn't looking to spend that kind of money on a repair I thought was so minor. We agreed that I would just pick up my laptop instead and I would figure it out myself. Well, I go to pick up my laptop already bummed my laptop was not getting fixed and when I meet Mr. Andrew at the counter and he presents my laptop to me with a crack on the screen he made while putting my laptop back together. He said he was sorry and offered me $20 off the service. I left with my laptop more broken than fixed unfortunately.
