Yesterday was no different. The repair costs have always been reasonable for the work done. The dedicated team is very experienced and easy to work with. I work from home and I use my computers extensively all day. The desktop computer I am using is more than 10 years old, and it has a hard time with the newest programs. When I need to update my desktop computer, I will have them build one for me. I am sure it will be the best computer I have ever owned.

My father was present during the interaction. The business also advertises "free estimates" on its website and does not clearly disclose diagnostic pricing. I would recommend that customers confirm all fees in writing before leaving their device.

I had such a pleasant experience. I needed a new motherboard and they sourced one for me and had it installed in a reasonable time frame and made sure I was happy with the choice of part before installing it. The price was reasonable and the work honest. Which isn't always easy to find in repair shops. I would totally recommend their services. Cheaper doesn't always mean good service. Parts and labour is not easy or cheap. Especially on some computers the labour is intense. I would know usually I'm doing the labour and it's not easy! If you want good honest work, for sure check these guys out. They've been around for many many years and as I understand from the owner they have over 15 years of experience. So you are in great hands. Oh and I brought a 2010 iMac unibody to them for reference. And it came back super clean, not a singe scratch or finger print on my screen (which I'm always worried about) and running without any glitches. I'm so happy with the work I may just stop doing things myself now ha! Happy computing!
