What? You don't keep records? Something is off. When asked why we should pay extra for what he failed to include (code key sticker) when he originally loaded OS for us for $160...he accused us of threatening him and then "threatened" to not give us our key code sticker. Ironic at best. Not a people person. Not service oriented. Not well stocked. Not pleasant. Not honest??? Don't know...just a bad day? His bad day cost me more money and aggravation. Phone decided to mess up after an update, during crucial time when I needed my phone. However, CSR repair shop was able to diagnose, and provide three type of fixes for me, and I was able to solve my problem same day at best price.
