extremely poor customer service. had an appointment. showed up 10 minutes early. no one in…read morefront office. one guy outside tinkering with car. another guy in with kids doing testing. someone else hiding in a back room somewhere. 10 minutes after our appointment we get acknowledged. they take our $60 (cash only!!! :() and my daughters permit. and finally another 10 minutes later they finally start her test. 20 minutes after our appointment supposedly started. dmv is not doing driving tests right now so apparently that means they dont need to be polite or offer good custimer service. because people need to come regardless. i would recommend going elsewhere. employees are rude unenthisiastic provide extremely poor customer service. they definitely do not deserve your money or business. go elsewhere!!! 2 years ago when they had to work at it a little bit because dmv also did testing they were much much better. not anymore. recommend calling around!!! these guys suck. The only reason for a 3 star is because the guy who actually did the testing was good. My daughter thought he was nice and thorough. He would have gotten higher stars if i was just a rating him. The instructor that took my child out for her drive test completely ignored me upon arrival and during the result discussion. She did not take any time to explain the process to myself or my child, and when I contacted the owner he completely excused this behavior. As an adult, taking my minor child somewhere where she will be in a vehicle without me present, it is deplorable to even suggest that I don't need to be addressed in any way. Do NOT go to this company for drivers training of any sort. Very disappointed and will be going somewhere else.

We couldn't find the information we needed on the website and we tried to call a few times but could never get through, so we had to drive over there to talk to them. We were told they would not teach our son because he might be inappropriate with younger girls in the class. What the hell? They don't even know him and asked NO questions, just said they wouldn't allow him to be in a class. Strange! Very small minds! Anyway, Mountain State had NO problem having him take lessons there.

They have a huge driving course than a variety of automatic and manual transmission tractors. To be honest.
