Having had an unpleasant experience with another agency, we were referred to An Eggceptional Match, and from day one, we were guided through the process by Candi. Knowing how difficult this can be for couples, she put us at ease and was pro-active at every step, from choosing a donor, to the final retrieval, keeping us updated on a regular basis along the way. We never had to call to find out what was happening! We are truly grateful to Candi and her team for everything they have done to help us and are delighted to have welcomed our newborn son recently!

I was in panic mode by knowing to have a short window of opportunity to make this happen. You recognized my needs and welcomed me from the start. You allowed me to bring my own surrogate. As a novice you passionately guided me through this difficult journey like no other agency could have done. You educated me, you guided me step by step from the egg bank to the fertility clinic, you found me the best attorneys, and you explained the contract and legal aspect like no other. You worked very efficient to keep the time line with the pre-birth order and the appointment with the hospital and so on! You saved me tons of money with the insurance plans. You managed everything so well, that we didn't have to stress and we could enjoy to see the baby grow. Candi worked tired less for us and the surrogate for almost three years. Candi worked beyond her duties and never gave up on us. And Angela overlooked the whole process and made sure everything is going smooth. The bottom-line is, we had the chance to work with good people. The outcome was amazing! Last Christmas Eve, God rewarded us with a beautiful gift! We received a miracle surprise baby girl. An 8 pound bundle of joy. Where I go, people turn their heads and look at my super girl. I am a proud dad again thanks to AnEggceptionalMatch. I give them five stars because they are affordable, trust worthy, reliable, honest, timely, smart, strict, firm, experienced, focused and hard working women. I really believe that they are the number one agency in the world when it comes to surrogacy. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

After a very difficult experience at another fertility clinic, finding Dr. Surrey and CCRM truly…read morerestored my hope in the fertility process. Before coming to CCRM, I went through one full stimulation cycle and two failed transfers at a different clinic. The lack of professionalism, compassion and empathy, poor communication, and overall disorganization from the clinic leadership left me emotionally and physically drained. By the time I switched clinics, I felt defeated and skeptical that the process could feel any different. CCRM was night and day. From my very first interaction, the clinic ran with a level of precision, care, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Surrey and his entire team -- the nurses, phlebotomists, and ultrasound technicians -- treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion at every step. They made me feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for, not just like another patient on a schedule. Under Dr. Surrey's care, I completed a stimulation cycle and a natural transfer -- something my previous clinic insisted would never work. Not only did I feel much better completing the natural cycle, but the entire process was smoother, far less stressful, and physically easier. I experienced fewer symptoms, less pain, and far less anxiety. Simply being at CCRM changed my outlook and helped me regain a positive mindset during a process that can be incredibly overwhelming. Dr. Surrey is exactly the kind of physician you want in this journey. He is extremely data-driven, thoughtful in his recommendations, and incredibly knowledgeable -- yet also easygoing, approachable, and genuinely kind, with a great sense of humor that helped lighten some very heavy moments. Most importantly, he cared not only about my success (which is, of course, the priority), but also about my overall health and well-being -- something that is not always true at other clinics. I have already recommended CCRM -- and specifically Dr. Surrey and his team -- to three women in my network, and I will continue to do so without hesitation. If you are feeling discouraged, unheard, or exhausted by your current clinic, know that a better experience is possible. CCRM sets the standard for what fertility care should be.

My husband and I have had a *mostly* great experience with Kindbody. There are 2 things I want to…read moremention to give feedback and help others navigate their journey with Kindbody. First, my husband is a physician and has the knowledge and savviness to navigate medical research. Because of this, he (knowing his only role was to provide a good sample) looked into the best way to optimize his sample. He discovered this device called ZyMot. ZyMot is essentially an obstacle course for sp*erm, that weeds out the slow and or defective sperm that may have genetic variations incompatible with successful egg fertilization. Obviously, given the fact that we were already paying so much money, my husband asked kindbody about this and why it was not offered or ever mentioned. He was told that this is only offered to people that do not have successful outcomes after their first cycle (so not until you've spent $20k +. He said he didn't care and wanted it to be added on, to which they replied " oh but that will be an extra couple hundred dollars (forget the exact amount). We laughed at the absurdity of this because of how much we were already spending, and demanded that it be added to our cycle. The pushback was absolutely not necessary, and I think every patient should be given all of the options, regardless of cost, to maximize the effectiveness of their cycle. To me it just seems shady but alas, hopefully people read this review and request the ZyMot. We had great outcomes and I can attribute this partly to the fact that we pushed for the most optimal technology for success. My second complaint is that we had an ultrasound and labs during our cycle on a Sunday morning, and hours later I missed a call from the nurse saying I needed to inject a medication as soon as possible in order to prevent ovulatio*n. I called the on-call nursing staff several times, I called my doctor several times, and nobody would answer. We drove to Kindbody and banged on the doors, hoping anybody would be in the building, and no answer. Again, my husband, being a physician, was able to locate a specialty pharmacy that was open on Sundays and prescribe me the prescription for this injection under his license. We did not receive a callback back from Kindbody until a few hours later. You can imagine the emotional urgency I was feeling in that moment, as I truly thought $20,000 + was about to go down the drain. When I asked why this happened I was told the nurse was on lunch... For hours... anyways my doctor was very apologetic and we are very happy with our outcome. I also work in healthcare as a provider, and unfortunately, there will always be very negative reviews, but I wanted to be fair with this one. I just want people to know that they must demand transparency and timeliness from the staff at all times, regardless of what medical setting. Without advocating for yourself, you will always experience reasons to give bad reviews, unfortunately.

Dr. Bush is a genius, and a very calm, steady figure, especially as the head of your IVF plan, as he was for ours. We came to Conceptions after years of infertility and recurrent miscarriages. After all the initial testing we decided to go with IVF as the success rates are very high here at conceptions. I almost didn't go through with IVF as the cost, stress of going through the process, and fear of it not working really weighed on me. Luckily, I didn't let that all stop me, so we went through the egg retrieval process. Dr. Chiang did my egg retrieval and I had pretty much no pain post OP - it went so much smoother than I could have imagined. (I was really afraid of having the retrieval and let horror stories on line scare me - lol!) Everyone was so kind and reassuring before and after the procedure. We had great success creating embryos, and after the first embryo transfer failed, Dr. Bush personally made sure he was there to do the trial transfer prior to the real one. He assured me the next transfer was going to work - and guess what - it did! We had a successful pregnancy and birth and the whole team - from IVF to transfers - made our dream of a family come true. I am so glad I came to Conceptions to go through IVF. I want to add that some people leaving reviews say they never saw the doctor but once or twice. While this may be true, please know that the doctors are working hard behind the scenes even when you're not meeting with them. They are creating your specially tailored protocol, going over your bloodwork and results, and making sure you are being taken care of. The IVF and transfer teams relay any messages from the doctors and are just as hard working too. Everybody at this clinic cares about you and your success. I have never had positive experiences with healthcare providers until I came to Conceptions. They make sure that you have the tools you need to have a successful IVF or transfer cycle, even when it feels so hard to go through. The doctors, the front desk staff, the nurses, the phlebotomists, the embryologist team, the ultrasound technicians, and even the billing department and financial coordinators all are kind, understanding, and thoughtful when communicating with you. I would choose Conceptions over and over again - they are truly a world class IVF clinic and I feel extremely lucky to have happened to live nearby and go through one of life's toughest medical treatments with these amazing medical professionals. I can't wait to come back in the future! Thank you Conceptions & Dr. Bush, for helping our miracle baby come into this world! You are a true blessing!

As with the first IUI, it involved very little medication. We are very thankful and blessed. Again, my Conceptions fertility doctor (Dr O'Shaughnessy) told me my eggs were no good and I wouldn't be able to conceive with my own eggs, but I really think she's full of sh*. UPDATE: // TLDR Conceptions advised against IUI, which is the procedure we wanted to undergo. They gave no legitimate reason, and I doubt the doctor even reviewed my previous records as she said she would. I had 2 failed IVF protocols here, the first one of which was an improper protocol (by the doctor's own words). I was told my eggs were no good and I needed an egg donor ($55K+), but I went to my original clinic in Arizona and got pregnant on first attempt with IUI with minimal medication compared to IVF. 2 MONTHS LATER. We are now the proud parents of a healthy, beautiful baby girl. This clinic definitely feels like a cash grab and I'm convinced the doctor we had is full of s*** and primarily motivated by money not results. IUI costs maybe $1K vs IVF which is about $10K-20K for most people, even with insurance.

The positives: The front desk staff are compassionate and genuinely try to help you find answers quickly. My IVF nurse, Kris, has been exceptional throughout the process--knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. Dr. Ambler is kind, direct, and clearly very knowledgeable. Scheduling appointments has been straightforward, and the clinical team does a good job of keeping treatment moving efficiently. The negatives: Despite having insurance coverage, I was charged a $2,000 administrative fee. The clinic also charges a $250 cancellation fee for virtually any change, even when circumstances are completely outside a patient's control. In my case, after a spontaneous pregnancy that unfortunately ended in loss, I was still expected to pay the cancellation fee. I was also quoted an incorrect cycle cost that was off by approximately $2,500. My biggest frustration has been with the billing department. I experienced repeated billing errors, inconsistent information, and difficulty getting clear answers. Fertility treatment is already emotionally and financially overwhelming, and interactions with billing often felt impersonal and lacking empathy. Overall, the clinical care has been solid, but the administrative and billing side of the practice leaves a great deal to be desired. They are double dipping. They simply ignored complaints from Dora and the Better Business Bureau. As for fertility care, they're subpar. Dr. Albrecht is well past his prime and none of the staff has a shred of compassion. Read the negative reviews because they're telling the true story.
