These doctors do not care about their patients and should have their licenses revoked. I have never had a doctor ask me to lie to them in order to provide me with proper medical care. I feel bad for the staff because they showed compassion and tried their best to treat me. The reviews looking into this place are so bad and I was nervous to come here for Worker's comp because i feel like they wouldn't help me out (but that's me judging this place for the reviews). Realize that a lot of the time we see bad reviews more than the good, and some people need to realize that waiting for hours is something to be expected. So far I have had a great time at Concentra, the staff I have met were great and the MD that has assessed me 2x now has been great as well! He definitely listened to what I had to say/feel. I don't know how the front office and back office communicate, but I know I had an appointment for today. Front desk is claiming that I did not and registered me as a walk-in, so I had to wait for a long time. It was not pleasant. Especially for a vaccination booster, which is something so simple. I don't understand why some of the back office nurses are slower. Also, some providers are slower than others. It's hit or miss who you get as your nurse and provider. Same with therapists -- some are better than others. I'll try to give a shout out to those who are good in future reviews, when I've had more time to get used to the system. read more

Made me wait 2.5 hours to get called to examination room, even though I had an appointment. I had to leave after the 3 hour mark because I had work to do. Another time I advised I could not make the appointment they automatically schedule for you. I advised I needed to reschedule to another day. They asked what day and time and then advised they rescheduled. Then I get a text a day before the previous appointment day. So I had to schedule another ointment again the following week because they had nothing that week. Just today, I finished a dr visit and was told to wait in lobby for my paperwork. Sat down for a few and asked about paperwork, I was told to sit down and wait, and that I would be called. I waited almost 2 hours. I had enough and asked if they could just email me my paperwork. I had the worst customer experience at this facility on Friday night 8/23/24. I was charged the most i have ever paid for a screening (UA). I went to get a regular screening and the collector did not want to sign nor give me his name for the chain of custody form. He told me it was confidential information. Every Concentra location has signed my chain of custody form and they have given me the name of the collector without any problem. I told the collector I needed his name to upload the post test information on the portal for Vault. The collector and the other staff member were very rude. I said I was not going to leave until I got his name. They told me to "wait outside " and threatened to call the police. They said to talk to the manager on Monday and file a complaint. I later learned that the collector's name is Jose. Jose was in a lawsuit because one customer filed a lawsuit because he believed Jose had altered his specimen. I also learned that many other customers have complained about this facility for serious reasons. I will never go to this facility again for anything. I don't trust this place. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was when Jose was watching me pee. I understand it needs to be an observed collection, but with him I felt some way uncomfortable. I read more

The Asian-American girl that sits at the desk in the front has great customer service skills. I wish I could say the staff cares, and is willing to be helpful. That's a NO, they are more worried about what's for lunch, what they're doing after work, and whatever gossip is going on in their office. I waited 4 hours to be seen for a "medical-hold" that would've taken any other location 10 minutes. By far the worst efficient place around. I spoke with my new employment about how long it's been taking and they agreed that I should leave if I'm not seen in the next hour after the 4th hour. Front office is a mess and staff was unprofessional. Had an appointment at 1 and was not seen until 3pm!!! I would have left but needed to be seen by doctor for clearance at work. when i go to other clinics with an appointment and a set time i only wait about 20-30 mins to get seen but every time i have an appointment here at concentra i have to wait 2 hours to get called into a room, even then i have to wait more for the doctor so thats another 30-40 more mins. thats an exaggerating amount of time i have to spend here at concentra and just for the doctor to ask a couple questions and tell me that everything looks good and that ill be seeing him in a couple weeks. the doctor makes the situation less than it is, for example if i tell him my pain is severe he'll make me do a couple movements, take a look and he disregards it. honestly its a waste of time, i don't understand why they're always held back here, and the front desk needs help. they are rude but that must be because they have a lot going on and i understand that, thats why they should get more help in the front desk. i called twice and i was automatically put on hold both times and then i was disconnected both times and they never got back to me so i had to call my company to call them for me because they just wouldn't answer. read more

came here for pre employment physical and was told the wait time was 6 hours and they recommended to come back during late hours since they are open 24 - hours. So I went home, drove back to this location at 12 AM only to walk into a rude ass front office dude by the name Will. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He seemed upset at the fact that he was there at night - perhaps working a graveyard shift and was taking it out on me. Did not greet me after I was trying to make polite small talk. He looked at my paper and said they weren't going to be able to do my whole physical since I the n95 respirators weren't available . I told him the reason I came back was because the person I spoke with earlier in the day said there wasn't going to be a problem since they did have them available. Only reason I didn't stay and wait the 6 hours was because I have a baby to get home to. I will be talking with my recruiter tomorrow and see if I can go to another location. This one star is for the physical therapists who actually care..... It breaks my heart to have to bring my aunt here every week. She is treated like garbage and is practically in tears when I pick her up. Unfortunately this is where her workman's comp requires her to go, so we have no choice. If you have the option to choose another clinic please do so. If not you will be made to wait up to 3 hours even though you have an appointment, be ready to deal with multiple rude people like the blonde guy with a bun, ( he really hates his job and is not afraid to show it.) Then you've got Betty in physical therapy, she's the receptionist who is rude and disrespectful. No empathy, no patience, and yells at people for being late. Who does that?! This nightmare of a place is located in the middle of an industrial area in the city of Commerce. There's tons of traffic so be ready for it!
