Zero stars if could. This place sucks. Receptionists are lackadaisical and pushy. Total process is 3hrs, for CDL exam....that's ridiculous. Imagine hearing that malarkey after a twelve hour shift and a 2-3hr drive home by the time I get out here. The lack of staffing is laughable. AVOID this location at all cost. The doctor that saw me at around 2 pm was extremely rude , insensitive to the reason on why I was there and he talked down to me. He made me cry and I told him that he was making me feel uncomfortable on how he was speaking to me and that I didn't appreciate it. Don't wear shorts if you plan on taking a seat, because the raggedy, peeling chairs last will scratch your legs up. The water machine looks disgusting & old. I have been here twice for the same injury. Once as an urgent care visit, another with a specialist. This place is HORRIBLE. You are not a human being you are just part of their daily simulation of them playing Dr. with their medical license so they can get paid but not actually diagnose you appropriately. The specialist refused to treat me, stating I did not have an injury and requested diagnostics that had already been completed, hence why I was referred. He did not even look through my chart prior to speaking at me. Correct not WITH me, AT me. He never let me speak regarding MY INJURY OR SYMPTOMS. He told me how I felt physically as if he earned mind reading abilities in med school. Dr. Yaghoobian is a vile medical provider with horrible bedside manner and deserves to have his license revoked and all the negative karmic energy he puts out into the universe will come back to him ten fold. He told me my work injury was my fault unless my employer put a gun to my head and made me injure myself. And when I asked for more information about my care moving forward, he stated "I'll just put you as completely disabled and you'll lose your job how would you like that?" By the way. There is no HIPAA compliance here. They bring you back in a group of 3-4 and you each sit in rooms next to each other with the doors open. Everyone in the office and waiting room heard my entire medical history and commented on how horrible Dr. Yaghoobian is. Stay far away from here if you truly are injured, these "doctors" are a bunch of quacks looking out only for your employer, and not your needs as a human being. read more

Quality of care was good. The only thing is the weight man they have you waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. Call your name bring you into a room to have you wait another 40 minutes just for someone to see you. This Concentra location is a complete joke--do yourself a favor and stay far away. I showed up for a pre-employment drug screening and stood at the front desk for five minutes while the staff completely ignored me. No greeting, nothing. When they finally acknowledged me, I was hit with a snarky, "I'll call you when I'm done." After checking in, I waited over an hour, surrounded by twenty other patients who had been there even longer. Once I was finally called in, the nurses were just sitting around chatting and laughing about inappropriate things, completely unprofessional. I even saw some of them goofing off on YouTube and looking up restaurants during work hours. As for the drug test, Gabriel, one of the nurses, didn't explain anything about the urine sample process. He just handed me a cup and said, "Pee in this," without telling me how much was needed, whether I should flush, or what to do afterward. I had to ask what I was signing when I was told to initial a form. A week later, I found out my drug screening failed because they lost my urine sample. How do you lose something you just sealed in front of me? This place is a mess, unprofessional, and honestly, the worst Concentra location I've ever been to. Terrible customer service. A Physical Examination nearly took 6 hours to complete. When I was waiting in the examination room more than 1 hours either physician nor NP showed up, reminded an employee responding with a routine answer of 3-4 waiting time for a physical examination. The care of quality of service I would like to scale 0, only a couple of employees knowledgeable in the particular location. Horrible service A relative went in around 4-5 pm and they waited until 7-8pm and was automatically diagnosed by doctor as they walked in. They didn't bother to ask her any questions about her medical history at all. They also didn't let her speak or explain herself at all and doctor insisted it was what they diagnosed, in less than one minute as they entered the room with patient. they told another patient using crutches she was okay to work like what???!! Please stay away from this Concentra at all cost. The service is horrible. Both doctors I dealt with were very dismissive and tried to belittled me. They tried giving me a diagnosis/ assessment without even running any form of exams or even hearing how my injury happened. They didn't care to even ask how my injury happened. They basically kept implying my claims weren't valid base on the "type of injury" that was reported for works comp. Everything I reported through them was initially reported in my initial report with my employer and insurance. Tien-Hoa and Kristen were the providers who absolutely made me feel less than human. People like them should not be assessing anyone regarding their health. This place is a living hell. They control the flow of the office by forcing most people to wait an hour for help. Over half of the lobby that came after me has gotten help and they seem happily content making you sit there. I almost cut my thumb off and they say me there and talked for about 2 hours before they attempted to even assist me. The quality of their care is atrocious and appalling. They didn't stitch or glue my thumb back. They wrapped it and left it bleeding for a long time. Every single check up I would hear someone tell me "You should've been stitched up or glued. Your finger will take forever to heal!". Never come here. This place sucks!!!The nurse's and doctors don't care about you. Worst concentra I've been to, last week the system when down and with only three practices in it took three hours to get attended. My dog bite was hardly cleaned properly, next to me was a man bleeding from his head and was about to start treating his own wound because he was also getting ignored. I have been an on and off patient at Concentra for a couple years now due to various work injuries. I've been to various locations and have been seen by various physicians and other medical workers including therapists. Like most people, it has been MOSTLY one negative experience after another. But the speciality department at Commerce specifically has been different. Wait time was horrific when I first start coming here but they've gotten a lot better. There's a lady in the front who remembers me every time so always greets me so warmly. Her name is Audrey or Aubrey? I don't know why I can't remember but she is the bomb. And I'm also really grateful for my surgeon, Dr. Yaghoobian who never gave up trying to seek treatment for my work injury when workers comp kept denying us and also for personally checking in on me post-op. After waiting together so long for this, I feel like Yaghoobian was genuinely happy for me and this outcome. After over 1.5 years, I can finally feel my legs again. You don't know how wild it is to not have to take 2 prescription painkillers every day. The side effects were ruining my life and now I am free of them. Waited 4 hours to be seen for a follow-up appointment and about 35 minutes for the work status paperwork and appointment. This is a horrible experience. When nurse was reviewing who was next, she asked this person has been waiting since 11:30 am, the other nurse stated " well there is other people that have waited longer" that unacceptable! Meanwhile, many other people got there after I did and where seen before me. When I asked "how long is my wait time and why were those people going to be seen before me" they responded, "they are here for another reason, and it might take another hour or 2 before you are seen". How can a doctor tell a patient who can barely walk that he can return to work and unless you tell them that you jumped off a roof he can't believe you got injured at work? These doctors do not care about their patients and should have their licenses revoked. I have never had a doctor ask me to lie to them in order to provide me with proper medical care. I feel bad for the staff because they showed compassion and tried their best to treat me. Unfortunately, the doctors who should be taking care of the patients are more concerned about pocketing checks and falsifying information to satisfy the employers.
