Terrible. Terrible. Called in the morning to see if my 17 yo needed a parent for a prescreening drug test. Was told she didn't. After two hours, they told her she did have to have an adult with her. She called from the front office and they said her adult brother would be fine. He makes the 40 minute trek down and when he gets there after telling both of us it would be okay, they say...nope. Has to be a parent. So after nearly 5 and half hours of waiting I had to go down there and she still hadn't peed in a cup. Yeah. We are sorry the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. I had an appointment for 12pm I came 20 mins early to check in I was told to sit down and turns out 2 hours later they never put me in the system. At least I got put in a room soon after that seems like they decided to speed it up after the mistake. The only thing good about this facility is the physical therapy area and Dr. Pratt. Expect a wait of 2-7 hours at any given time. Appointment or not, you will be here at least 2/3 hours minimum. Here for an injury for the 8th time, still the same experience- slow & full. The only thing you do not have to wait for is physical therapy. Front desk including manager are young and inexperienced both in person and on the phone. Back of house is slow as well. Even drug screens take a minimum of 3 hours. I spent basically my whole day here for a dot physical. I came at 12 and am still in the waiting room. Came back after sending a pdf form at 135pm and am still waiting at 432pm. This is not the place to come for a dot physical. Do not waist yours or your emplees time sending them here. I have watch a dozen people come after me and go back to be seen by other Dr. Why can't all the doctors do the dot physicals as well. I will never come back here again. read more

cant remember everyones name, but lori and staff treated me with the best care I have ever received, I was in so much pain from a leg fracture. This staff as a whole is very very caring, I felt like they really cared about me and did everything they could to assist me and make me feel better, from the person who checked me in, to the person who checked me out. All of them so so kind, so caring. The doctor even followed up with me to make sure I am getting the referrals I need to complete my care. I wish I could go hug all of them and tell them again THANKYOU for the high level of care. read more

I do contract work so I get drug tested several times each year. I've never had to wait so long, nearly 2 hours. I'm just glad I didn't "have to go" urgently. I probably don't write a negative review for a 2 hour wait, but, there's more. The young lady at the front desk, apparently pregnant, thinks very highly of herself. They've got these chairs up against the desk, on the lobby side, to enforce social distancing, so when I was finished filling out the paperwork I leaned across the counter and placed it on the desk, mere inches from her hand. "Place it in my hand," she demanded in that, I'm your teacher and I disapprove of you voice some people use. I was going to give this Concentra location a 1 star rating, or zero stars if that were an option, but Tara was amazing. She was curteous, and receptive to courtesy. (Yes, I borrowed the line but it's a good line.) She was efficient, and while you could tell she was having a busy day she was positive and friendly. Tara could teach the young lady at the front desk a lot about customer service. The 2 stars in my rating are both for Tara. I'd give her more but I don't want the other young lady or the long wait to get the splash effect. Tara, you rock. read more

The front desk are young people who are not very personable and I get it busy all day working to get people seen however it's a good practice to be a little personable and genuine. The county DOT physicals are actually in a little office next to the main entrance, the woman points me to this office. I walk in and the woman at the front desk literally looks at me and walks off. I stand there for probably 15 minutes trying to make noise and all sorts of stuff to let them know there's someone here. Finally I raise my voice and someone comes strolling from the back and asks what my appointment time was and says they go to lunch at 12. It's 12:30 right now. There was literally a man she had just helped walking off when she looked at me and walked off. My appointment is at 1. Really? I informed staff that if the entire office shuts down at once for lunch they should lock the door or put a sign up on the desk. Very rude staff. read more

Drug screen was pretty painless. You fill out a form with your info and then wait about an hour. Once you wait you get called back and it takes all of 5 minutes to finish. Once you sign 3 more times you get to leave. Friendly people it seems, and pretty quick for how many people there were today. Ive been to faster places but this place does general health as well so that's probably why. Some places that just do drug tests are quicker but this was not nearly as bad as others reviews made it seem. Dreaded going here after the reviews but it's not bad at all. Go during the week as weekends will probably prompt the terrible wait times. read more

After going to a minute clinic, I was told I needed a chest x-ray.I called on the telephone I was told there's a one to one half hour wait time and that they have the capability of taking a chest x-ray.I showed up at 10:30 am. I sat in the lobby until 130, until being taken into an exam room. It is now 3 PM and I've still yet to see a doctor. For a place listed under urgent care, there sure doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency. You're better off just going and waiting at a hospital. 90 minutes is too long to have to wait when it's just for a drug screening. It's also aggravating to be handed the clipboard of unnecessary and tedious new patient paperwork when I'm just there to pee in a cup. She can't tell you why people are being seen before you when coming after you, she can't tell you how long before you'll be seen, she can't even tell you how long before they can get you a print out of your medical records. And to make matters worse, a white guy came in for a physical as well, I heard his friend tell him the dr is gonna see him next to knock him out(as if I hadn't been here waiting or my physical was less important) BUT when they actually called him before meI lost it!
