The staff and doctors of SMMM are extremely committed to providing comprehensive health care in a welcoming and relaxing office setting. I am a patient in a family practice of Dr. Kristen Kavanaugh, Orthopedic for my knees with Dr. Bookout, Feet with Dr. Anthony Giordano and Skin & Dermatology with Dr. Andrea Rosik. I'm often on hold for 10-15 minutes before talking to someone. And you can never just dial into a person directly as a patient. It's not the most modern office but they have been doing some recent upgrades - such as adding electronic touch pads to each room with access to a variety of medical topic videos and information. I do like the on-site lab here. Makes it convenient to get blood work done.
