Despite explaining the progression and severity of my symptoms, the initial plan was to avoid prescribing medication. I had to advocate for myself to receive a Medrol Dose Pack due to the level of discomfort I was experiencing and was advised to take Sudafed and ibuprofen. By Friday, my condition had worsened. I contacted the clinic to report that I was not improving and was instead feeling worse. I was advised to add a cough suppressant and finish the steroid pack, with instructions to call back if needed. I was not offered an in-person reassessment despite reporting symptom progression. That evening, my fever spiked. The following morning, I sought care at a different urgent care facility, where I was evaluated and diagnosed with acute bronchitis (pneumonia was ruled out with xray). I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that my worsening condition did not prompt appropriate follow-up or reassessment. Patients rely on urgent care centers for timely evaluation and intervention, especially when symptoms escalate. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that expectation. I will never return.

Lady that answered (believe her name was Emily) then asked what my symptoms were and helped me get an appt within 2 hrs of my call. I filled out the paperwork that was sent to me via text. Walked in for appt was taken back w/in 5 min of scheduled time. Seen by nurse practitioner and doc came in before I left as well to see if I had questions and understood diagnosis. Appointments are preferred, and no walk ins are accepted after 4:30, as I discovered yesterday. If you're in the SSM system, you can make an appointment through MyChart, which is great. They have access to your medical information. And for me, the copay is the same as my primary doc--much better than going to the ER. It's just navigating the schedule to actually get in that may be tricky, depending upon how urgent your need is.

This place is such a joke. Then they say this gal will get you rescheduled, so I sit down with her, after about 5-7 mins of her just staring at her computer, I ask her what's up. She says, 'Well,, as you can probably tell we have a CT tech problem and I can't find any on the schedule anytime in the near future.' She says ' You're probably better off just going to the hospital and have them do one'. Well I won't be looking for anything from them anytime soon.

So we signed in online and were able to get an appointment right away which was wonderful and sure beat waiting in an ER for hours. The nurse and doctor were AMAZING with her and eased her anxiety about getting an IV. I get like she was in good hands, and She felt better by the time we left. Very glad to have this urgent care nearby that could offer fluids. I def Recommend them for non emergencythings like this.

They didn't just look at my tooth for a second then prescribe something to get me out of there. They talked to me, asked questions and gave me some good advice on how to relieve my pain until I could get into the oral surgeon. The female doctor was so very polite and took good care of me, as well as the nurses there too. She even made copies of some local dentists/oral surgeons for me. I went to our urgent care in Saint Charles in November for a Covid test they were very efficient in…read morethe manner that they provided the test and the service that they provided I would give them many more stars than this the reason they have one star is because after my visit in November I got a bill in July that said the balance was unpaid I contacted my insurance company to discover that they had never submitted it for insurance payment in follow-up insurance company said it was paid then three months later in October I received a letter from a collection company saying that it was unpaid so obviously they are not paying attention to their billing practices.
