So we signed in online and were able to get an appointment right away which was wonderful and sure beat waiting in an ER for hours. The nurse and doctor were AMAZING with her and eased her anxiety about getting an IV. I get like she was in good hands, and She felt better by the time we left. Very glad to have this urgent care nearby that could offer fluids. I def Recommend them for non emergencythings like this.

My little guy has been coming here for speech therapy since ~19 months old for about 2 months now…read more He was not admitted to the state program following the evaluation (First Steps) and I understand it is very difficult to qualify. The evaluator suggested he would greatly benefit from private therapy. I started searching for places after calling the Children's Hospital which had a...wait for it...1 year wait time for an evaluation only. Acorn has online scheduling (!) and text reminders for appointments. They also had openings for an evaluation within a week or two, sooner if you are open on time. There are multiple types of therapy offered as well as some sort of summer camp type thing. The lobby has toys to play with while you wait. There are multiple kids in therapy with different therapists at the same time which I've seen as a benefit. My kid loves coming here. He stands at the door signing "open" waiting for his therapist (Jenna Beth) to come get him. The appointment time is the same every week. They have been open 2 years at this point and are privately owned. I highly suggested giving this place a try if you are looking for therapy for your little one. They accept insurance and all my visits are covered.

I would imagine that is a HUGE security breach...My son called to state his complaints and got nowhere with the social worker. No workers seen this past Sunday...he walked halls and saw no one....Also why when a patient has to be transferred to a hospital 10 min away, it took almost 2 hours....Can someone please clean up the urine that is all over the bathroom floor...this is NEGLECT to the max, and I will be working on getting the patient out of there ASAP!!!!!!! Calls made over and over and no one answers phones....Just so UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone in the evening. My mother was transported there for PT following a severe infection that left her unable to walk. Within 48 hours she was transported to an area hospital covered in bruises from her fall out of bed -- she was classified as a fall risk. The worst part was I heard the news from the ER Nurse at the hospital --- no phone call at all from the facility. The night and weekend staff is lacking on so many levels, there is not enough room to even go into the details. When I finally got to speak to a supervisor - there are none onsite at night or on weekends, she said they had no contact info. Really? They called me from the facility she arrived, and wrote down mine and my brothers info when I arrived, not to mention all of the records they would have received from the hospital. Understaffed and incompetent are two words that come immediately to mind. Thankfully she didn't suffer any brain damage or broken bones from this fall. The extent of these injuries could have only occurred if that bed was left up as high as it could go, and side rails not put up. I don't want to even think about how long a confused 87 year old woman laid on the floor before being found. She was so scared when I go to the hospital. Don't miss the photos. My condition is multiple times better than what it was pre-surgery and a lot has to do with the therapy. Not to mention my doctor has been continually impressed with the improvements I've made at each and every post-op and check up visit. Whenever I go there all the staff is very friendly and attentive to the patients needs. The staff creates a great atmosphere at physical therapy that makes it feel like more of a positive weekly visit than a burdensome chore. I have recommended several people to enroll in services here and will continue to do so as the level of care and service I receive is exceptional.

Advanced Training & Rehab - St, Peter's, MO - 4055 North St. Peter's Parkway…read more After breaking my dominant left arm in multiple places and crushing my elbow, I wasn't sure I'd ever get back to normal. Thankfully, Dr. Lindsay Lawrence, my primary therapist, along with Zac and Brenae, have helped me make more progress than I ever thought possible. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and somehow manage to make painful exercises seem like a good idea. They celebrate every victory, no matter how small, push me when I need it, and always treat me with kindness, patience, and respect. The staff here is amazing, but I still have one lingering suspicion. After months of therapy, I am almost convinced that if you peeled off their skin, they would turn out to be lizard people sent from another planet with advanced healing technology disguised as resistance bands and exercise equipment. Despite my best investigative efforts, they continue to appear as genuinely caring professionals who are exceptionally good at what they do. If you're recovering from an injury and need a team that knows how to help you heal while keeping your spirits up, I highly recommend them. Just don't mention the lizard people theory--they get strangely quiet whenever it's brought up. In all seriousness, I cannot say enough about their concern, compassion, and professionalism. I am still working through my recovery, but for the first time since my injury, I can truly see a path to a full recovery. That hope is due in large part to the dedication, expertise, and unwavering support of Lindsay, Zac, Brenae, and the entire team. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for me.

His treatment plan really healed me in 6 weeks! I've done PT before but really enjoyed seeing the team approach amongst all the therapists. They interacted with all patients not just their own. I also greatly appreciated having massage therapy and stem as a part of treatment. I think this is an important part of PT and have been to other places who do not use it and feel they are deserving patients. Front office staff was alway friendly welcoming and accommodating. With many locations in the area I can't recommend them enough if you find yourself needing PT. Special kudos to the St. Peter's team Zach, Lindsey, Breeane and Ashley.
