Had to come take a drug test for my new job, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was there for about an hour, they helped me with the paperwork and once I was done wished me luck in my new career. With this location being a bit further away from the downtown area, they actually have a parking lot that you don't have to pay or validate. read more

This review is for the Madison location. The front desk staff were both courteous. However, the staff administering my screening was rude and condescending! I wasting able to provide a sample so I needed to drink water and sit. She provided the bottled water and I was seated in the lobby drinking my water and reviewing emails on my phone. Meanwhile, after about 5-7 mins she comes back talking while in route to me about something on the clipboard while circling whatever she's talking about. Then I hear the last part "you can't leave, go out those doors or it will be auto rejected ". In such a harsh voice. that I was taken aback! Like, I'm sorry what did you say? Her "you can't leave out the doors". My response, I had no attention in leaving. Like, I am not sure what demographic you are used to dealing with, which shouldn't even matter, but she needs to watch how she speaks. You never know who you are dealing with. read more

I never leave bad reviews, but when I tell you I walked on in tears out of FRUSTRATION.. it tells you how bad it was. I waited over an hour for a terrible waist of my time. The doctor never even introduced himself so I don't even know what his name was, he rushed through the entire exam, barely looked at my throat which was the main concern, never felt the outside of it.. and when I told him what I thought it was based upon my previous medical history he dismissed what I was telling him like I didn't know my own body and what I've experienced. THEN, he said "come on, let's get you out of here" and literally shooed me out the door because they were busy. Overall, he made me feel so inferior and dismissed everything I said to the point where I cried out of frustration. read more

This location is well known for various testing required by many employers, especially with its close proximity to BNA. Surprisingly, they also offer Urgent Care, various radiology, and have a PT department. The wait times are unpredictable from my visits in the last two years for both urgent care and required testing. My last visit served as a follow up after battling two different types of flu back-to-back. (Yeah, lucky me.) The physician I saw was thorough and kind - which have always been my experiences here. Aside from the potentially long wait times (which is normal I'm afraid), this clinic is a great option for those traveling or when waiting to see your regular doc is just out of the question. read more

This is my go to Doc-in the-Box every few years for my DOT Physical. Always kind, professional and attentive service. They do get a bit busy at times, however they seem to keep the line moving. I've noticed that they offer physical therapy for those patients who require their assistance with it. read more

I was there over 2 hours and then they lost my file at check out. They did not appear overly busy but the people just gave me the feeling they were on cruise mode. Losing my file - they kept me there another hour for the check out process. Found the front desk staff rude and lacking any form of ability to offer friendly customer service. Loved both visits to this location. Fast and effective. Roslyn Jones went above and beyond to meet my needs and I appreciate it immensely. I would give 5 stars however both times I called and spoke to "Tiffany" she was argumentative, and unwilling to assist. I have worked in costomer service my entire life and she was not pleasant to work with. Tiffany repeatedly spoke over me and answered my questions with "I'm not sure" without offering to seek further information. I literally had to ask her "Can you ask if that's something you offer at the facility so I don't have to drive all the way to find out in person?"... other than that I strongly recommend this facility and will return. read more

Staff and doctors keep it very impersonal, felt like just getting turned out. Only person who even looked me in the eye was the nurse who took my vitals - reception and doctor made little to no eye contact. Doc told me to do things I'd been doing to treat a sinus infection after I told them it wasn't working. Not sure I'd recommend to anyone who needs actual help, go somewhere you'll feel like you're being listened to and not just a number. read more

Incompetence levels approaching government levels. I went in for a DOT physical, and I asked if they would take my insurance. Now, they already knew I was requesting a DOT physical: they asked me which insurance I had, but when I told them, they told me they didn't accept insurance for DOT physicals. So why... oh never mind. Now to be fair, the wait was relatively short, but they kept telling me the wait was longer than it really was. Perhaps I shouldn't complain that I had short waits, but the estimates I got for the waits weren't even close. At once I was told I was going to have to wait in an empty exam room for 30-40 minutes, and the medico came in within five minutes. Add the fact that I had almost no cell signal, and they can't be bothered to offer wifi. It was awful, and SOOO Dull. and it would have been mind-numbingly dreadful if I had to have had waiting for the length had the Nostradamuses behind the counter had been correct. It's also not a good day when the medicals tell you they have to touch your balls, but at least they didn't tell me to turn me turn around and cough. read more

The wait was long but the Dr was well worth it! Dr. Marc Watkins was amazing! I'm here on vacation and my 2 yr old started wheezing and coughing and Dr. Marc saw us at this urgent care. Corey, Victoria and Roslyn treated me with genuine kindness and made me feel as comfortable as possible (despite my fractured fibula) they were a great team and I felt as though I was in the best of care. Worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I had two questions for my doctor after my exam, about recommendations the doctor made. "How much do these tests cost?" And "how long do these tests take?" In response to these questions I was faced with a blank stare and a very annoyed doctor. Both of these questions took 15 minutes individually to be answered. Ended up walking out to avoid being late to work after another 20 minute wait at patient checkout. I had absolutely nothing done to me and I received a 200$ bill in the mail, in addition to the 40$ one is expected to pay on entry, and that's just the co pay! Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody of right mind. Absolute trash. read more

I have been here 5 times and I would and have recommended Concentra. The staff is friendly. The facility is nice and there isn't too long a wait. The longest I waited was for about an hour but the usual wait time was 30 minutes. For a walk in, 30 minutes is not too bad. But even if I had to wait longer it would have been worth it. Words can't express how unorganized and unprofessional this practice is. Long story short, I checked in today at 10 am. I didn't get called back until an hour later. Then, I was left sitting alone in an exam room for another 45 mins. A doctor popped her head in with a surprised look and stated that she didn't know anyone was in said room because apparently someone "lost my chart". Unreal. I can't believe I had to go through this. She left after stating she was ordering a bunch of tests and then another 20 minutes passed. I had enough at this point and stormed out. read more
