Concentra is on the 2nd floor easy to get to. I walked in for a urinalysis at 12:15 and was done by 12:45. The receptionist was task overloaded but was able to get me checked in quickly. This location seemed to be clean everywhere I went and the nurses were very polite and friendly. read more

Gone in for Drug screening, Physical, Eye test, Hearing test, at 1:30pm for 3rd rated crappy job, didn't get out until 4:30pm, and there was only 3-4 People/Patients in clinic total at that time "Why" it took 3 hours? Nurses were nice but Doctor was kind of Jerk reminded me of Dr Joel Fleischman from late tv show Northern Exposure of 1990s even though I was sitting in examination room for 1.5 hours and was about to say screw this and leave. It was total waste of time and very frustrated when leaving and "Screw" Job for putting me though this! read more

Professional staff, short wait times, and the doctors and physical therapists were wonderful! This was the clinic my work sent me after I had an injury at work, and the doctor, physical therapists and the receptionists were all very nice. Free coffee and pretzels were delicious in the wait room. A very pleasant experience. I recovered completely...and thankfully returned to work to resume all my normal duties! Very grateful for the care I received here. Highly recommend. read more

I had multiple services today that could, potentially, take up to three hours. They got me in after only like 5 minutes in the waiting room, and I got everything done in one efficient visit. The RT who did most of the work, Amanda is her name, was awesome with the Ocmed stuff, very good at blood draws. It was a great experience. read more

I would give Concentra negative stars if possible. Wait time was long as I'd noticed in other reviews. I could deal with that if once the provider was in the room acted as though they cared. Provider did not listen at all. Released me back to full shifts with minimal restrictions despite the fact I could barely even walk I was in so much pain. PT was very aggressive and caused more pain...but their "philosophy" was basically too bad because it is work comp. I will never, ever go there again. My back has never been the same since they provided "care". If you are in the state of MN, you have the legal right to go to your own physician for work comp injuries. I highly recommend doing so. Had I known that...I never would have gone to this fly by night outfit. read more

Called to make pre-employment drug screen/physical appointment. Was told on the phone that they do not do appointments and are a walk-in only facility. I showed up around opening time to try to make the process as quick as possible. Upon entering I was asked if I had an appointment. I stated that I was told on the phone that this was a walk-in only facility. The receptionist responded quickly saying that my employer probably just told me that, which is not what happened. I was then told it was going to be a wait, when I asked for an time estimate she could not give me one. Fast forward a few days, i need to return for a fit test. I proactively called to make an appointment and I was told on the phone that I can only walk-in for that. What gives? I stated that I would really prefer to make an appointment due to having to wait as a walk-in in the past. She responded and said "well you are not going to get an appointment until after July 1st". I'm curious how she would know this without checking the system. Just sounded like she wanted to get me off the phone. I'd like to end this review by saying I know everyone in healthcare is burnt out and it's busier than ever, I myself am in healthcare as well. But there is no need to take it out on the patients. read more

Waited about 2.5 hours for just a drug screen and physical I had to do for a job. Staff kept saying I was next and still waited 30-40 mins after. 2 people came in after me and was helped before. I understand during these times it's short staff but don't say it'll be a few more minutes. The doctor who I finally saw was nice and apologized however. Still, would not recommend. read more

I was sent here for a pre employment physical & drug scren at 8:30. It took awhile to be called back but they were quick with my drug test & hearing & vision but once i got to the room i sat there for well over 30 minutes waiting for a dr to come in. I was at this place for 2 hours for a basic routine pre employment screening!! i will NEVER recommend this place again!! read more
