There are more professional ways to communicate with a patient. I'm disappointed of her lack of customer service and professionalism. When I re-addressed to her over email weeks later how she spoke to me over this phone call, she did not acknowledge the situation, nor take ownership to apologize to smooth it over. I've been a patient Align Chiromedical for over +10 YEARS under the care of Dr. Jake Dalbec (who was wonderful, provided high quality care with positive results and would highly recommend him 5/5 stars....would say 6/5 stars if that could be a rating!!!). But after his departure and being treated the way I was by Dr. Alexa from this phone call, I will be finding care elsewhere. It's a shame that this is how it ends with Align Chiromedical.
