I wait about 45-60 minutes usually, but the other day, I waited 1 1/2 hrs. with one person ahead of me. There are no doctors there, just nurse practitioners, which is fine for a cold or hangnail and small things, but if it's more serious, they'll tell you to go to the ER your PCP, after waitng that long to see them. The NP and medical assistant are very nice. When I had a problem, I called them and they don't answer the phone, you leave a message and they call you back. They're OK in a pinch, but not the greatest.

I went to their office (Middleton) during listed office hours and they were closed. When someone returned my phone call (days later) I was told that they have limited "drug screen" days/hours and to go to the Wilmington location on a specific day (one day before the drug screen deadline). I called them the morning of to warn them of my arrival and no answer. I arrived at the suggested location on suggested day and they were "on break". I told them of my issues and they seemed surprised to hear that no one was answering the phones. Odd place.

My PT Nate, as well as the other PTs in the group Charlie and Katie, is very upbeat and encouraging. Together they create a fun vibe that makes going to PT a very positive experience. The space is bright and clean and has lots of equipment readily available for use. In addition to the in person sessions, they give printouts and links to videos of exercises to work on at home. I'm still working through the issue that brought me to PT but do trust Nate's expertise and can definitely say that my body is stronger for the work he has me putting in.
