I just was here today and have never experienced worse care in my entire 20 years of life. I waited two hours to be seen due to a needle poke. The doctor didn't even look at my finger where the needle poked then left my door open for other patients to keep walking by and looking at me while I'm sitting in the room, don't even get me started on the blood drawn. My employer booked a pre-employment exam for me at this location (for the low cost of $800!) about a month out, and I arrived early to my appointment to be told that the X-ray tech was out today and that I'll need to come back tomorrow, but that I should call ahead of time to make sure the tech is actually there. Considering I already had to Uber 20+ miles from downtown Boston to get there and that now I'll need to do it again, coupled with the cost of the appointment, this was really inconvenient and unprofessional. The staff that were present were able to complete my exam all except the X-ray, but upon calling my employer to verify that everything was completed correctly they informed me that the doctor had not performed all of the necessary components of the exam, so I had to go back in and explain to the doctor exactly what needed to happen since he apparently misunderstood the form. The staff are all very friendly (especially Nena!) and my wait time was minimal considering I was early to my appointment, but make sure you know exactly what you need done and are prepared to hold them accountable if you're coming here for a pre-employment screening. And be ready for a two-day affair if you need an X-ray! read more

I went to get a sore throat looked at. The staff was completely unprepared to start their shift. I was the 3rd person in line and had to wait 20 minutes for them to find a piece of paper to check me in. The staff sent a prescription in for me and they verbally said the address which I knew was a mistake. When I talked to multiple staff members they kept saying they didn't make a mistake and I needed to be patient. Two hours waiting at the pharmacy and they did make the mistake and now restarting the process. I would not go back again for urgent care needs. read more

front desk receptionists and the nurse are unprofessionals. the receptionist did not follow first comes first serve policy I was sitting and waiting for more than hour for drug screening and DOT tests. without hesitation they were serving for others who came after me. I ask why and she said just wait and do not want to provide me with enough answer. and then when the nurse call my name for drug screening she have said "your behavior is unacceptable" even when I explain why people who came aft me they prioritize and if anything to do with personal color she said to " we know what we are doing and shut the F*** up" did not reply nothing to her but I am so disappointed. I was going to explain to the physician doctor but but I didn't b/c I'm afraid so. but the Doctor has nothing done wrong and performed every test. and I will say my experience was bad with the receptionist and nurse. read more

Great place! I went in for an employment based drug screen test and working for a healthcare the list of drug test services to be performed was long. This location was 50 mins away from me but i had no other option. If anyone is looking for a Tuberculosis spot test this location can do it by drawing blood rather than a planted TB test (which i was not comfortable with). I went in on the Presidents day as they were open. I was met at the front desk by a very warm and sympathetic women. I filled out some forms and was told to have a seat. I waited exactly 5 minutes!! and i was called in. The practitioner i think her name was Maureen was super sweet. There were 3 practitioners who worked on my application Juan, maureen and Henry S. All three were very warm and made me 100% comfortable. I was in and out of the office with all the tests taken care in less than an hour. The staff was very caring! My employer got the results within 72 hours and i was advised to take a vaccine to boost the immunization. Went in again today. The whole staff including the front desk lady remembered me. This time i was in and out within half an hour. The office was clean and friendly. I'd come back here again. read more

Do not come here! I am currently sitting in the waiting room, where I have been for 2.5 hours (and still going) waiting to be seen. Everyone who has come after me has been seen and gone. I have checked in with the front desk staff numerous times, and have been told that I am "next" for over 40 minutes. I came for a simple physical exam and this has become an all day event. The front desk staff are nice enough but have no idea what they are doing and everything is so unorganized. I keep getting asked "did you make an appointment?" But this is an urgent care, not a PCP. So no... I didn't make an appointment. But I still shouldn't have to wait over 2.5 hours to be seen. Very upset right now!! If you can go anywhere else, do it. And don't put yourself through this torture. read more

I went to this clinic for a work required test and I had no choice in what clinic I went to. The test was done wrong, results were read incorrectly and it forced me to get a 2nd opinion. I consulted a community nurse and my primary care physician educated me about the test and they are the ones who said it was not administered properly and not read correctly. This caused a great deal of stress and compromised my ability to start my new job. Everything was cleared up by my primary care but I decided to call Concentra and speak to a manager. I was called back promptly by a manager. I appreciated the call back and was not expecting quick response. I began to explain my issue and the manager kept interrupting me and defending her doctor. I understand because you need a manager who stands behind the actions of your medical staff. However I was not a typical patient who was uneducated or webmd educated, I had spoken with two experienced medical professionals who have seen this test multiple times before. I was patronized by the manager and felt belittled when I spoke to her. I gave up and ending the conversation and she tried to sound threatening when she said the doctor was going to call me. Her entire attitude was so confusing because I did not raise my voice and was as respectful as I could be. Just don't go here for important things. read more

I called to make an appointment and was told appointments aren't necessary I can walk in. I'm currently sitting in the waiting room. It's been an hour and 45 minutes. I can see the white board and there have been no more than 3 of the 6 rooms filled at any one time. I just asked the receptionist how much longer and she said I was next. They have since called two people before me, one of whom just checked in 5 minutes ago. Im hungry, I have to pee but cant per the drug test i have yet to take. theres a glass jar that says "contains nuts" but there is nothing in the jar. i have listened to three podcasts and come up with three potentially lucrative inventions in my head. my blood sugar is so low that i feel jittery and sleepy. i have been sitting here so long i could have solved a rubix cube by now and completed a 750 piece puzzle. read more
