I went to their office (Middleton) during listed office hours and they were closed. When someone returned my phone call (days later) I was told that they have limited "drug screen" days/hours and to go to the Wilmington location on a specific day (one day before the drug screen deadline). I called them the morning of to warn them of my arrival and no answer. I arrived at the suggested location on suggested day and they were "on break". I told them of my issues and they seemed surprised to hear that no one was answering the phones. Odd place.

The convenience of it to my house is great and the fact that the entire complex is both comfortable and inviting made it very much worth my trip. This is part of a larger group of doctors and specialists and only a small piece to this large building but the people who work here are great, the whole area is clean and they offer free coffee to patients and family while you wait. Which would have been consumed if I had been there longer but was seen so quickly I did not get to have any. Which in a place like this is fine with me. I was in triage within minutes of arrival and less than an hour after that I was being examined. All the staff who saw me today were nicer than I had expected and very understanding. I was in and out within 2 hours, was able to get a clear diagnosis and gained knowledge of this wonderful facility that before this I had only drove by and really didn't quite know what they did or who they were. I would now recommend this to anyone in the area who needs care but can't get an appointment with their PCP in a reasonable amount of time. They also have great hours!

If you are short staffed or too busy schedule me for another day or give me a call or something. Why they only have one doctor and one front desk worker is beyond me. The Doctors and Nurses were all so calm, even though I could tell they were really nervous because they couldn't get an O2 reading. They have an option for financial assistance which I have applied to and both times, I have been denied. The financial or business office keeps asking for the latest paystubs or my old taxes which I have made clear I am not working so I do not know where I am supposed to get that documentation. My two bills come to under $300 which is a small amount for all the money I have brought to them. On the contrary with my scraping for pennies, that is a huge amount I cannot currently afford. it is sad that for once, they cannot forgive or let go of a bill that will not even break their bank. I wait about 45-60 minutes usually, but the other day, I waited 1 1/2 hrs. with one person ahead of me. There are no doctors there, just nurse practitioners, which is fine for a cold or hangnail and small things, but if it's more serious, they'll tell you to go to the ER your PCP, after waitng that long to see them. The NP and medical assistant are very nice. When I had a problem, I called them and they don't answer the phone, you leave a message and they call you back. They're OK in a pinch, but not the greatest.
