Labs have been drawn frequently over past 7 months. Multiple times an order was missed or a sample wasn't attached to the order. So when the tests results enter the portal for viewing one is missing so then I have to call Labcorp to get the error fixed. It delays the lab results by at least a day. Which delays medical decisions and treatment plans. Also very difficult to get in touch with supervisor who always tells me it's an education issue for the phlebotomist and that person will be informed. Regardless this same error continues to occur. I have started to ask the phlebotomist to double check all orders which is not always appreciated by the phlebotomist.

I checked in as a walk-in using the kiosk (there was no receptionist), and the system assigned me an 11:10 AM appointment. I arrived and checked in around 10:15-10:30 and waited. By 11:20, my name still hadn't been called or displayed. Another patient was also confused about not appearing on the list. When I asked a staff member how far behind they were and explained that the kiosk had assigned my appointment time, she walked away without responding. I then had to explain the entire situation again to a phlebotomist, only to be told staff were "too busy" and asked if I had received a confirmation text -- something I was never told was required. There is no human oversight of the waiting room, no receptionist to help when the kiosk fails, and no effort to verify whether checked-in patients are being tracked. The process felt disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional. Quest charges premium prices for essential medical services. The service at this location does not match those expectations. This isn't the first time I've had issues here, which suggests a recurring problem rather than a one-time mistake. I would not recommend this location until staffing, communication, and basic customer service are improved.

I went to Quest Diagnostics Lowell location today. The check inn process was easy at Kiosk. The…read morewait time was less then 5 minutes. There was a free parking spot outside building. Location was close to 495 highway. There was an issue with insurance and billing code when I went inside. Rosa was very helpful. She called doctors office and got correct diagnosis codes and took care of insurance problem. Rosa went out of her way above and beyond to take care of the issue. The service was excellent. I would recommend this place and will prefer to go to this place if required in future. Rosa and other staff members were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys. The staff was particularly courteous as one woman walked all the way thru the building to find me!…read moreApparently I was on the wrong side of the building and instead of overloading me with confusing directions she took the time to walk to me, locate me and escorted me all the way thru the hospital and up to where the MRI office is. Before calling her I was wandering outside in the blustering cold trying different doors with no luck. My appointment was at 11pm and thankfully I was early as usual. The hospital looked like a ghost town at that time! It was a cold night and I was beginning to lose hope as I'm sure I noted a small group of vultures circling overhead at one point. Lol. Yes, I'm man enough to admit I was slightly scared picturing myself caught in an episode of The Walking Dead as the entire hospital looked swamped in darkness as if it'd fallen victim to a zombie attack! Then she appeared and with a big smile let me in thru the doors explaining I'd been mistaken. I'd come to the wrong side of the building. The check-in was smooth as silk, everything explained to me perfectly and within 5mins of walking into the office I was changed and being propped-up on the MRI machine. The girls that performed the MRI were awesome! Just the nicest ppl I've dealt with all day long! They took the time to explain everything we were going to do, what they'd be asking from me and made sure I was 100% comfortable throughout the process. It was a breeze! They had me loaded up with more pillows than my wife has on our bed at home! It was all about my comfort. They took pleasure in taking care of me, being really nice to me, and it all was genuine. They both told me how much they loved their jobs and I can see why. I'm a big believer in doing something for a living where you can feel like you've performed a service for ppl, especially those that are in need of help or aren't in the best chapter of their lives. Although I was there for just a bicep tendon I'm sure they see patients who are in the midst of just terrible circumstances when they walk into their "office" and they struck me as the perfect types of folks for those situations. Little things like that are what's important in this life. I know they def would've brightened my spirits with how easy they were to be with, talk to, and laugh with. They really do do a great job and I hope this here is all taken into account because they deserve it. I can't say enough about how cool the whole process was. Thank you very much-you guys were real pros!
