Brought a almost new Trek bike in for service with rubbing front disc brakes, was told it was a…read morebent front rotor, spent over $100 for all new discs and I thought all new pads. I had the same rubbing problem when I got it back, took it back in and was told the Tektro brakes don't work well in cold weather cause of the fluid, which wasn't true since it had been sitting in their shop all night. And was told they needed bleeding. Decided to just do it myself and pulled the pads on the front brake that were rubbing, and realized they were the original Tektro pads and weren't replaced, unlike the rear, which doesn't make a lot of sense. Cleaned the pistons with alcohol, exercised them, and oiled them up and solved the problem myself.

He showed up to fix the treadmill and conveyed that a small piece of plastic that was holding the power cord in place had snapped off and disconnected the core electrical supply to the equipment. It is rather pathetic, in my opinion, that a piece of equipment that costs roughly $6,000 relies on what looks like a zip tie to hold things in place. Boooo! We remain uncertain how the flimsy piece of plastic broke. Was it our dog or kid that ran across the power cord and the piece snapped off because, again, it is as thin as a zip tie? Or did it snap off when we made the treadmill ramp up too much for a more prime work out? Either way, this is disappointing.

She informed me that the manager would be in on Sunday to do just that. I did bring my bow in with me on Sunday, and I was informed that the manager was not available, nor would he be until late that afternoon. I drove an hour to get to this store. Not happy. I will never shop there.

This is a great bike shop in Littleton, NH. It's just down from Main Street in Littleton and a…read moreshort ride away from many trail starts. My husband and I rented bikes to take to ride on Rails-to-Trails and we had a great time! I made my reservation online a few days ahead of time. When I got to the shop they checked over the bikes and made sure they were in good working order before sending us out with them. The guys double checked that we had everything we needed - helmets, water bottles, etc., and we were on our way. We ended up riding about 30 miles on the bikes, absolutely no issues. The bikes were smooth and easy rides. My husband thought his bike was so comfortable that he's looking into getting one similar back home. I will say, the shop gets busy. Aside from myself and my husband there were four people already in the shop looking for services on their bikes. Bonus though- the two very friendly shop dogs who were there that day. Parking - the store does have a private lot on Riverglen Lane, though it fills up quickly. Further down the road there's public parking which is within walking distance. There's bike parking right next to the shop door.
