Scheduling through the practice's website (https://my-endo.com/services-2/endocrinology/ ) was very easy and convenient. Before my appointment, I emailed the office my lab work and ultrasound results. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff and seen right at my scheduled time. The intake staff member was professional, courteous, and confirmed that all of my medical records had been received and added to my chart. Dr. Mendez was extremely thorough during my visit and took the time to answer all of my questions.
