I called them and pointed out the error and they said to go to the SAAQ and it'd be fixed. When i went to the SAAQ, they wanted to charge me to transfer the registration to the right person's name. Contacted Spinelli Kia again and they finally agreed to fix their error at no cost. I have been receiving non-stop telemarketing calls from them asking me to trade in the car I bought just months ago. I've asked them repeatedly to take me off their marketing lists, but they never do. I've already made three complaints about them to the CRTC, and hopefully they eventually stop.le service

Took my car in to have the air conditioning system repaired…read more At the end of day one received a call from the service representative informing me that their one of their machines was not operating and the machine that was had been taken away by the repair company by mistake. On day 2 I called in the early afternoon to check on the status and did not receive a callback. Called again at the end of the day to find out that the car had still not been touched and that they were not sure when they would be able to work on it. When I picked up the car, they gave me back the keys without any acknowledgement for their lack of service or communication. Very poor experience - worst of any of the car dealers I have ever experienced.
